Very bad reception
Pros:

They don't give us breakfast because they said our reservation dont have breakfast, and I know I purchase with the breakfast included

Cons:

When we arrived at the check in on the hotel it was 4:15 pm, our check in was at 3pm but when we try to get our rooms they say that rooms are not cleaned yet and we have to wait 30 min for the rooms. We wait y there and after 40 min they say there's ready just 1 room the other we have to wait more to be ready.. after 5:20 both rooms were ready.. I think that's not fair that after we arrive an hour late they don't have ready our rooms and after that they tell us we have to wait more.... this is the only hotel that happens this to me

Pros:

The staff was excellent! Best customer service I ever had in my many hotel stays.

Cons:

Street noise was loud, I know they can’t control them but just giving a heads up.

Parking is either valet, which is limited) or park in a parking garage about a block away
