Room and bathroom was spacious.
Parking righting in front of the room was a bonus!

Cons:

Room was old and wasn't sure of the cleanliness of the blankets… sorry. They maybe old too maybe that’s why.

My stay was awesome and fun!
Pros:

The parking was free, I felt safe, staff were nice.

Cons:

The outside is beautiful but defeats the purpose of the inside. The outside looks amazing but the rooms are a bit outdated.

Great staff. Very helpful and patient.

Cons:

Certain level of wear, dislodged shower traction stickers for example. Old smoke smell. I understand how impossible it is to completely eradicate that awful smell, but it is sorta nasty.

Great value hotel in central location
Pros:

Basic clean hotel room. Good value for money, with fenced parking. Pool and hot tub were lovely in the evening. Plenty of food options nearby too.

Cons:

Breakfast had good variety, but would have loved to see pancakes or waffles too.

Pros:

The man that checked us in was lovely. Very kind and friendly. We didn’t get booked into the room I reserved, but he changed it with no problem.

Cons:

The bedding, cleanliness, and morning front desk woman. A warm blanket would be nice. The thin blanket you have did not cut it. I found a few hairs in the bathroom that did not belong to me. One even feel on me from the towel when I was drying off. So gross!! That lady at the front desk this morning was so unwelcoming and rude. We missed breakfast this morning. Totally my fault for not paying closer attention to time, but she was so rude about it!! She was also rude when I called to ask if we could stay in the room for just a few more minutes while we were waiting for our ride. Definitely shows that customers needs are not her top priority. We won’t be returning
