Pros:

Housekeeping was great. Every time we got back to the room in the evening, the kids' bed had their stuffed animals arranged on the pillows like they do at home. It made my kids happy. And I found that really nice.

Confortable but noisy during weekdays because of pickup trucks drivers idling
Pros:

The location was good, in Woodland Hills, few minutes from the freeway.
The breakfast was good (eggs, scrambled eggs, meat, cereals, bread, drinks)
The bedroom was clean and the king size bed comfortable

Cons:

During week days, the hotel is full of workers who jump in their pickup trucks between 5:30am and 6:30am. They are all idling and moving heavy boxes and it is very noisy. Do not forget your ear plugs because it is impossible to sleep past 5:30am without them

Room and bathroom was spacious.
Parking righting in front of the room was a bonus!

Cons:

Room was old and wasn't sure of the cleanliness of the blankets… sorry. They maybe old too maybe that’s why.

Pros:

The parking was free, I felt safe, staff were nice.

Cons:

The outside is beautiful but defeats the purpose of the inside. The outside looks amazing but the rooms are a bit outdated.

Pros:

Great staff. Very helpful and patient.

Cons:

Certain level of wear, dislodged shower traction stickers for example. Old smoke smell. I understand how impossible it is to completely eradicate that awful smell, but it is sorta nasty.
