Cons:

Some renovation hasn’t been finished specially going towards the pool where the carpet is on the second floor. Breakfast can use some variety. Very little choices specially healthy choices that are hot.

A clean and pleasant stay in Woodland Hills
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff, room and common areas very clean and tidy, room was quite modern and had everything I needed and bed was very comfortable

Cons:

The ac unit in the room was very loud, even on the low setting, which made it harder to sleep. When I first got to the room the toilet wouldn’t flush and I fixed it myself after realising the flush mechanism wasn’t connected inside the cistern!

Cause you're hot & you're cold....
Pros:

The hot tub and pool were amazing, one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. Bed was comfy. Quiet hotel.

Cons:

Wanted to take a hot shower andthe water wasn't initially hot, it was cold, even after running for a while. Called front desk and was told they might switch us rooms. We waited impatiently for an answer because we wanted to use the hot tub before they closed. They called back and also informed us of construction going on so the water heater was off. They told us to wait a while until it kicks in. We showered with cold water and headed to the jacuzzi. Came back and our water was finally hot.
Asked for late checkout 2pm and initial staff stated they placed in notes. Day of checkout, phone was ringing and staff knocking on door because they didn't see the late checkout note. Woke us up from our sleep which was annoying.
Wish free breakfast hours were a bit longer.

Great place clean and close to everything

Cons:

The sheet on the bed as a comforter i like thicker heavy blankets it was a Lil cold at night and I couldn't pull the blanket up cause it was tucked so tight.

Pros:

Housekeeping was great. Every time we got back to the room in the evening, the kids' bed had their stuffed animals arranged on the pillows like they do at home. It made my kids happy. And I found that really nice.

Confortable but noisy during weekdays because of pickup trucks drivers idling
Pros:

The location was good, in Woodland Hills, few minutes from the freeway.
The breakfast was good (eggs, scrambled eggs, meat, cereals, bread, drinks)
The bedroom was clean and the king size bed comfortable

Cons:

During week days, the hotel is full of workers who jump in their pickup trucks between 5:30am and 6:30am. They are all idling and moving heavy boxes and it is very noisy. Do not forget your ear plugs because it is impossible to sleep past 5:30am without them
