Pros:

Stay away! Located at Geneva’s red light district
Pros:

The staff is really the only good thing about this property. Otherwise, the size of the room, breakfast and amenities are truly awful.

Cons:

Geneva has one red light district. This is where this property is located. They forget to inform this to the customers. Drug dealers wondering in front of the hotel, fights occurring at ALL times. Whatever you do, do NOT stay in this hotel or the Novotel nearby. This is the worst location to be in Geneva!! The hotel door is even locked at all times and you need your key to enter always! (This is a necessity precisely because of the location).
Apart from the location, we had requested (and paid for!) a room with disability accommodation access just because of the size. When they saw us at check in, they determined we did not need such accommodation and put us in a regular room, in front of the elevators and between two service doors which had to be used by the staff 24/7. The slamming of these doors made the entire room vibrate and it was impossible to rest.

Pros:

Etablissement très bien situé à proximité de tous les points d'intérêt . Excellent petit déjeuner et les chambres sont spacieuses .

Cons:

Ce qui est regrettable c'est qu'il n'y a pas de parking, dans notre cas en moto c'était beaucoup plus facile .

Loud and sleepless.

The property was fine.

Cons:

I would never stay here again. We were there for a fiesta time a Monday. There are all night restaurants across street. All. Night loud talking and yelling. The red light district is in back land behind the hotel. In morning when we went out we say who can only be described as thug hanging around on street near entrance to hotels. Very uncomfortable. It appeared these were the all night nose makers. I observed them taking their garbage and throwing it on street when c garbage containers were steps away.

Overall a good budget option in a familiar brand hotel with a good central location.
Pros:

Value for money - Geneva is an expensive city to visit and its hard to find good value in a mid-range hotel. 5 minutes walk from both the main station and the lakefront really is what it's all about. This ticks the boxes from a location point of view. The staff were very friendly and helpful offering good advice and assistance when needed. Our room on 2nd floor was on the busier streetfront side of the hotel and we didn't hear any noise at all (and we stayed on a Saturday night) - the only noise we did hear was with the window open the following morning and streetcleaners and traders were in full swing for the next day. As with any city, you exercise caution and common sense when out and about in the evening - yes, there are adult activities going on near enough to the hotel - but they don't interfere with any tourism. No hesitation staying here again.

Cons:

Baggage storage should be included in the room rate in my opinion. To charge extra for it is unnecessary. Breakfast was a little too steep at 20CHF per person, so we walked to a local bakery and spent less than half that on what we'd likely order in the hotel.

Not the best area of Geneva even though convenient for this trip. Rooms are small which makes it difficult to leave your suitcase open.
