Nice hotel for the money spent all the facilities you'd need very clean with lovely staff. Rooms are modern with very comfy beds. Bathroom was excellent. Breakfast was of a very high quality also.. Location is ideal.

Cons:

Air conditioning was broken for the week of our stay so had to make do with portable AC which wasn't ideal considering we needed to keep the balcony door open at night for extraction outlet pipe.

Pros:

Colazione varia. Ottima la pulizia, il servizio e la posizione. Personale cordiale e disponibile! Bellissima struttura, completa di tutto. Coinvolgente l’organizzazione delle attività sportive mattutine come l’acquagym. In generale l’hotel è molto tranquillo, ottimo per chi vuole rilassarsi godendosi sole e piscina senza schiamazzi. Camere ampie, ben tenute e attrezzate.

Cons:

Poche alternative per celiaci o intolleranti al lattosio sia a colazione che al buffet. In generale, prevalenza di salato e assenza di croissant (colazione all’italiana). La pressione dell’acqua per lavarsi in doccia è troppo debole.

Me gustó el hotel en general, servicio en recepción muy bien informándome los servicios y lugares de interés, me aloje en régimen de media pensión y debo decir que el desayuno básico y repetitivo pero bueno, en cuanto a la cena bien todos los días cambia el buffet, comida italiana ,asiática, continental etc....las instalaciones piscina, gimnasio y demás está a la altura de lo que ofrecen

Cons:

Lo peor del hotel a mi manera de ver es que está enfocado para el turismo..extranjero. los espectáculos malos y cortos. ( TODO EN INGLES).
por otro lado el hotel tiene prohibido fumar en todas las instalaciones, me encontré varias veces en la piscina gente fumando tabaco y vapeador. Se que es complicado controlar a la gente cuando fuma .pero las normas son para aplicarlas y llevarlas a cabo.. otro punto negro fue una tarde que había un niño de no más de 11 años en la piscina con sus padres.el hotel no permite a menores de 16 años..no me molestaba el niño. Pero insisto las normas las pone el hotel...a pesar de estos inconvenientes me gustaría repetir nueva estancia en el hotel( MEJORANDO LAS NORMAS)

El yacuzi de la planta 9 no funcionaba y el solárium, ni siquiera tenía agua las duchas

Pros:

Hotel bien placé à proximité de la mer et à 15min à pieds de Siam Park. Le buffet était bon avec du choix et un thème pour le repas du soir.
Point positif, une terrasse a été aménagée à proximité du bar avec plusieurs canapé pour y passer la soirée. Notre chambre avec piscine privée fut incroyable car la piscine etait réservée pour seulement 10 chambres. Tranquillité absolue 👌.

Cons:

2 Points négatifs à noter :
1) Le bar se trouvait à proximité de la piscine de l'hôtel, pour les chambres avec piscine privative il fallait donc repasser par la chambre et traverser l'hôtel pour pouvoir s'y rendre...
2) Un duplicatif nous a été transmis pour pouvoir nous connecter en Chromecast à la télé, cependant cela n'a jamais fonctionné du séjour...

Pros:

The location, the food and the cleanliness

Cons:

This is a hotel that does not allow smoking anywhere in the hotel and you are sent to the furthest point outside of the hotel building if you want to smoke- this was not obvious when we booked. Also no inflatables, no music and your all inclusive band is removed when you check out - even if your flight is later, this left a bad taste for this hotel’s we arrived at night and therefore should have been allowed lunch.
