L’hôtel est tres bien et le petit déjeuner aussi
Pros:

La situation géographique est parfaite,vous avez la plage à 5 mn,une laverie à proximité pleins de restaurant mais pour le parking dans la rue de l’hôtel ça peut être compliqué.

Je voulais remercier particulièrement les dames de services du petit déjeuner une dame colombienne et une dame Indienne qui ont été très accueillante envers ma femme et moi.

Bien sûr tout le personnel de l’hôtel a été au petit soins et vous savez nous avons été à Los gigantes au Barcelo Hôtel et vos chambres n’ont rien à leurs envier.

Vous avez contribué à faire de notre premier voyage à Tenerife un moment inoubliable de notre vie,nous n’oublierons jamais.

Lovely hotel, staff and facilities, would return but ask for room away from bus terminal.
Pros:

Lovely helpful staff, very clean and nice facilities

Cons:

Bus terminal across the road very noisy, you can hear the beeping sound when buses are reversing and this goes on to early hours of morning and starts early hours in morning.
Not much the hotel can do about this though, but it did give us a fair bit of sleep disturbance.

Une confusion a l entrée. Sunprime océan view hôtel alors que la réservation est faite pour coral ocean view. J ai galéré a l arrivée . Pas bon du tout

Excellent Stay!
Pros:

Checking in was very fast and efficient and the staff were extremely welcoming, helpful and polite for our entire stay. Our room was in excellent condition, very clean and modern with plenty of space to store clothes etc The Shower is perfect and the beds were large and comfortable.

The food available in the buffet was exceptional for all breakfast, lunch and dinner. A lot of the food is of good quality and we really appreciated the variety on offer and the themed nights to try different cuisines.

The pool area is very nice and clean with good sunbeds.
Drinks on offer for all-inclusive were great as well.

The location of the hotel is also very convenient! Siam Park, Veronica's strip and the beaches are all around a 5-10 minute walk. Anything you wish to visit further you can simply ask the hotel to call a taxi for you and they arrive quickly!

Even our experience checking out was also very nice. Because we checked in Late on the day of arrival they allowed us to still access the lunch buffet on the day we left as our flight was later.

Cons:

Honestly, I have no complaints. The hotel being non-smoking I thought would be a problem at first however this wasn't too bad as you can smoke outside the hotel and definitely did my lungs a favour not being able to smoke as much as I probably would.

We did have a small problem with our balcony door not shutting correctly one evening, however, this was swiftly fixed the following morning and the staff and security assisted with a temporary fix I had come up with.

In conclusion, I would highly recommend this hotel and I would certainly return here again in the future.

For context: This is my 5th visit to Tenerife and we came as a young couple both aged 27.

Very good, a bit noisy, so sleep quality - not the best.
Pros:

Super clean, relatively modern, excellent breakfast, lovely staff.

Cons:

Poor sound insulation, bus station across the street, so you'll constantly hear beeping noises when busses are reversing as they leave.

Très agréable et sympathique
Pros:

L’hôtel était vraiment bien situé , on a une belle vue , à côté de la plage , à côté des points où l’on trouve des trottinettes et des bus. Pas loin des grandes places et des restaurants. Le personnel était gentil et la chambre d’hôtel était très jolie.

Cons:

Malheureusement c’est mal insonorisé et le soir on entend le bruit des bus quand ils reculent c’est un peu agaçant

Sitio recomendable para disfrutar tranquilamente de la isla.
Pros:

Lo que mas nos gustó del alojamiento fue el trato el trato recibido por todo el personal del hotel. Mención especial para el camarero Miguel que nos hizo estar como en casa.

Cons:

Nos gustaría que tuviese algo mas de animación que incluyan a gente que quiera venir con unos amigos a pasarlo bien en la isla.

Gut,aber könnte besser sein
Pros:

Hotel war sehr schön.Sauber, freundliche Personal.

Cons:

Alles würde zerstört wegen Zimmer Renovierung.War sehr laut.Und noch was…Hotel ist sehr groß und hat nur 2 Aufzüge, einen von denen war kaputt.Man musste ewig warten oder zu Fuß laufen(wir waren am 6.Stock).
