Not happy at all

The way the room was set up and the bed was comfy

Cons:

Was very very disappointed I rented a room for 3 days to relax enjoy the pool and hot tub and to study and when I got there the pool was broke and the hot tub as well very very disappointed main reason to book and stuck in the room the entire time. Management never called me back and I couldn’t change hotels no refunds I rented a room with the kitchen and had to go to the store and buy all cookwear needed not one spoon fork spatula pan pot nor plate or cup or anything was offered in room ran me super hot. Why offer a full kitchen if I have nothing to cook with nor on. Staff nice but not nice enough to go back and get screwed

The location, breakfast, my jacuzzi in my room, the size of the room.

Cons:

My room had a few roaches on the bathroom, the tv’s are small 32 inch standard cable tv. No internet or smart tv to connect. I was on the first floor and the people above where running and playing I told the front office but apparently the tenants didn’t care cause they didn’t quite down.

very nice, will be back
Pros:

easy to work with, needed a first floor room and they quickly made that happen. breakfast was great as was the staff who prepared it, she is an excellent employee. the desk people were also very quick to help and answer all questions.

Cons:

sofa bed a touch hard, did see a cockroach before leaving and didn't have time to let the desk know...room 103

Awful. Motel 6 would have been better. Stay at Motel 6.
Cons:

They need to get out of the hospitality business. They don't understand the definition.
They tried to cancel my mobility room that day. The room was dark and dreary. The staff was beyond rude and lazy, every one of them.
