Pros:

Not recommended at all. This property is located in a dirty neighborhood with so rude and staff. The property charges you for everything even if your friends visit you, you have to pay a visit fee which is hilarious.

Lack of cleanliness & unsanitary. Definitely not family friendly. 3 nightclubs inside the hotel with no security checking who’s coming in/out. In a very shady part of Dubai. DO NOT GET TRICKED BY THE PICTURES OR THE REVIEWS, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!

Its basic hotel. I would not count as Four stars. Its there star rated .Middle management not helfull as expected. Definitely not Four star . Area is not so impressive. Hotel have few night clubs and its not suitable for families. Very noisy at nights .
