Nous avons été bien accueilli par le personnel, qualifié et sympathique, l’hôtel est très bien situé, au calme et proche des commerces et de l’hippodrome. La chambre est très agréable et bien agencée, propre. Le petit déjeuner, délicieux et la personne qui le prépare, sympathique.
I had a great stay at the Best Western Saint-Louis. A very good location with close proximity to Paris by train. The reception staff were also extremely helpful, especially Elton, who was kind enough to point out key tourist attractions in Paris and help with directions. Would definitely stay again.

Le lieu, en plein coeur de Vincennes et tres proche du chateau.
Le personnel qui travail à la réception. Aucune information donnée quand au lieu du petit déjeuner, sur le fait que l’on peut remplir les petites bouteilles d’eau disponibles dans les chambres à un distributeur avec filtration dans la salle du petit déjeuner. Enfin lorsque j’ai demandé si il y avait un bar, on m’a simplement répondu non, sans m’informer qu’un code QR était disponible dans la chambre pour commander sur menu en room service. Résultat je suis allé acheter deux bouteilles de champagnes chez le caviste, et lorsque j’ai demandé pour deux flûtes de champagne à la réception, le réceptionniste m’a répondu qu’il me faisait une grande faveur car normalement des bouteilles de champagne sont disponibles au sein de l’hôtel. La même personne qui m’a simplement répondu que non il n’avait pas de bar au sein de l’hôtel sans m’informer que l’on pouvait commander en Room Service. Résultat ils ont perdu une commande de ma part pour deux bouteilles de champagnes et en plus j en me prends une remarque désobligeante. Encore plus désobligeant était son clin d’œil complice et sa remarque « bonne soirée » alors que je m’apprêtais à remonter dans ma chambre avec les bouteilles de champagne acheté à l’extérieur et faisant référence a ma petite amie avec laquelle j’étais. lorsque je suis allé au petit déjeuner le matin, ils affichent fièrement jus d’orange frais. Alors que le jus d’orange est en bouteille en plastique et celui qu’ils ont servi avait tourné et était pétillant car il avait eu le temps de fermenter. Bref prestations très pauvres
Je suis enchantée par cet hôtel, le personnel était adorable et attentionné, l'hôtel est magnifique très propre et très confortable, et en plus j'ai été upgradé, que demander de plus ? Je reviendrai à mon prochain passage sur Vincennes et je le recommande les yeux fermés ! Merci encore !
