Angenehmer Aufenthalt, mit kleinen Einschränkungen und sehr ambitionierten Preisen.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist ruhig und zentral gleichzeitig. Hervorzugben ist die gute Parkmöglichkeit und vor allem die tolle Bar im 10. Stock mit einem schönen 360-Grad Blick über die Stadt und die Gegend.

Cons:

Ich finde sowohl die Bar als auch das Hotel für die gebotene Leistung zu teuer. Aber das ist natürlich immer eine Frage des Blickwinkels.
Zwei Ärgernisse gab es aber noch:
1) In dem (grossen) Zimmer gab es reichlich Spinnen, die auch Ihre Netze über dem Batt gebaut hatten. Das Reinigungspersonal scheint nicht nach oben zu blicken... ;-)
2) Bei der Ankunft wird man gefragt, ob das Zimmer täglich gereinigt werden soll, oder nur an bestimmten Tagen. Ich war drei Nächte in dem Hotel und wollte nach der zweiten Nacht eine Reinigung und neue Handtücher, etc.
Das klappte natürlich NICHT, weil der Mitarbeiter zwar die tägliche Reinigung entfernt, aber die gewünschte Reinigung nicht eingetragen hatte!
Als mir das am Nachmittag augefallen ist, war Housekeeping nicht mehr da und das Zimmer blieb ungereinigt. Wir bekamen zwar neue Handtücher, trotzdem nervt sowas.

Gutes Hotel nur die Liebe zum Detail fehlt.
Pros:

Hotel wurde ausgewählt wegen der Rooftop-Bar. Hotel Bar/Restaurent in einem Gebäude war angenehm.

Cons:

Das Konzept die alte Postzentrale in ein Hotel umzufunktionieren ist ein nachhaltiger Gedanke und auch gelungen. Dennoch fehlt es etwas an Liebe und Aufmerksamkeit. Der Außenbereich gehört etwas liebevoller gestaltet und lose liegende Verkabelungen oder Dosen so platziert, dass man nicht darüber stolpern kann. Blattlaub lag sicherlich auch schon eine Weile in den Ecken. Mehr Liebe im Detail wäre angebracht. Im Frühstücksraum, anstatt zu prüfen, ob noch alles ausreichend gefüllt ist auch prüfen, dass man die Tische abwischt und den Boden reinigt, wenn das Frühstück eines Gastes beendet ist. Frühstück selbst war gut und von allem etwas das. Wenn sich hier jemand beschwert, dass das Angebot nicht ausreichend ist, ist fehl am Platz.

Hat sich im Design wohlwollend vom „Einheitsbrei“ der Businesshotels abgehoben. Das Rooftoprestaurant ist top! Personal sehr freundlich.
