So at the time of Check out., I requested to adjust my security deposit, because the amount was already deducted from my account, therefore the balance amount was not enough to pay again 100%.
But instead of cooperation i was asked to pay again
and wait for refund.

Illalla kun saavuttiin paikalle oli ystävällinen henkilökunta vastassa, opasti hyvin ja auttoi sitten selvittämään minkälaisia mahdollisuuksia oli julkisilla mennä.

Harmiksemme niin asiakaspalvelu oli hyvin vaihtelevaa muuten koko majoituksen aikana. Reipasta ei otettu kontaktia lainkaan aamusta tai päivällä saapuessa paikalle.

Cons:

Illalla ennen lähtöä, halusimme käydä punnita laukkuja ja tässä kohtaa henkilökunta oli hyvin epäkohteliasta toimintaa lastani kohtaa. Väitti että ei saanut ystävällisestä sanoja nuorelta kun oli kysynyt apua puntariin käyttöön ja kolikojen vaihtoon. Saapuessani itse paikalle oli respan nainen ylimielinen ja töykeä. Kertoi että heillä ei ole kolikoita tai laitetta ei osaa käyttää. Kysyin että miksi ei voinut lapselle tätä kertoa pyöritti vaan silmiä.

Tämän lisäksi oli sen illan asukkaille tarjoamassa meidän huonetta heille majoitukseen. Oltiin hyvin hämillään 3 henkilön seurueen kanssa kun olivat tulossa meidän huoneeseen yöllä.

the size of the room is OK for Paris

Cons:

- the male manager there has a superior censorious attitude and no idea about customer service
- there is a homeless encampment outside
- Ubers dont go down there so you have to walk with all your luggage out of there
- Overall it needs some attention, lights went out in room , they give you the wrong access code by mistake. it's amateurish. Staff need a lot more training The staff below the manager level were very polite and helpful

Great location, and liked having a full kitchen to make some meals. Good sized room and bathroom and enjoyed having a view over the street to sit and watch people go by.

Leilighet med det du trenger hvor du kan lage deg mat, kaffemaskin, kjøleskap mm.
Gode senger!

Cons:

Ingen rengjøring hvis du ikke bor mer enn 8 dager. Kunne evt fått tilbud om rene håndklær siden vi bodde der i 7 dager. Men fikk hentet rene håndklær i resepsjonen.

Lovely friendly hotel in great location
Pros:

Good location for tourist area near sacre coeur, only a bus ride from Gare du Nord and Eiffel Tour and convenient for the metro across the city. Really helpful staff, having kitchen facilities in the room as well as room service breakfast was excellent. The little refreshments and cakes in the foyer were a nice added touch

Toilets near reception werent working. No information book provided in the room about the facilities and local area

Det var någon manlig kvällsperonal som inte var så servicevänlig, men alla kan ha en dålig dag.
Det bor en snubbe med hund i tält precis utanför hotellet.

This hotel did what we needed: clean and comfortable, in a quiet and convenient location.
Pros:

Comfortable beds, nice hot showers, complementary hot drinks in reception, clean, great location, nice and quiet, helpful staff, jist what we needed.

Cons:

Garbage system was confusing, elevator wasn’t great. These were minor issues.

Bardzo miły i pomocny personel, recepcja 24/7, brak dostępu osób postronnych do obiektu, przechowalnia bagażu... Fantastyczna lokalizacja - blisko kilku stacji metra, sklepu spożywczego i piekarni, o restauracjach i atrakcjach dzielnicy nie wspominając. Myślę, że bez wahania wybrałbym ponownie ten obiekt podczas wizyty w Paryżu. W tej klasie obiektów wypada bardzo dobrze (nie warto sugerować się zdjęciami z google street view, które przedstawiają obskurny zaułek).
