Well appointed hotel with friendly helpful staff in a good location next to the beach.
The pool and sun bed areas are excellent and the spa facilities were fine.
Breakfast offering was very good.
Shower in the room was a bit disappointing.
Hotel was a bit further away from centre of Albufeira than we imagined
The staff was just wonderful. They were helpful and so friendly. The hotel is a great size for what we were looking for - a quiet holiday by the beach. I'm sure some people would call it small, but I thought it was perfect. It was also exceptionally clean - from the rooms, to the bar and restaurant to the spa. And speaking of the spa - it was also really great! We had excellent massages and facials and then lounged in the sauna and indoor jet pool. The whole stay at Vila Galé was really wonderful. We had a great time!
I wish the jet pool in the spa was heated. But that's my only complaint! We loved everything else!

Just returned from a 4 night stay. What a lovely hotel. Staff very friendly & helpful. Rooms very clean & modern. Went with my granddaughter for a break. We both had a very relaxing time, used all the facilities. Spa was great. We even booked a massage which was wonderful. Would like to say a big thank you to Ricardo, who was so welcoming when we arrived and very helpful and pleasant during our stay. We stayed half board. We Ate 2 nights in the hotel & 2 nights in the Italian restaurant. The food was excellent. Good choice on all nights. Excellent service from all staff. Will be returning. The only negative thing which had nothing to do with the hotel was having to walk 10 minutes up to the roundabout to meet your return transport. If you are looking for a nice quiet break I would recommend this adult only hotel. Thank you once again for making our stay very relaxing.
