Entspannte Erholung in sehr gutem und gepflegtem Hotel
Pros:

Eine sehr gut ausgestattete und gepflegte Anlage mit freundlichem Personal. Große Zimmer, empfehlenswert mit Pool-Blick. Sehr freundlicher Empfang mit Freigetränk und Weinflasche zur Probe. Pool, Garten und Zimmer extrem sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber mit guter Erreichbarkeit von Strand, guten Lokalen und mehr.

Locatie, zwembad, ontbijt

Cons:

Dat je lastig wat eten/ drinken kan bestellen als je bij het zwembad ligt. Een QR code waarmee je dit zou kunnen bestellen vanaf je ligbed zou perfect zijn. Ook voor hun omzet zou dit beter zijn.

Ich hatte als Alleinreisende einen traumhaften Aufenthalt im Vila Gale.
Mein Late-Check In war sehr unkompliziert, das gesamte Personal war super lieb und freundlich und hat mir zu jeder Zeit mit einem Lächeln meine Fragen beantwortet. Das Hotel ist absolut sauber und schön gestaltet, ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Poolblick, welches perfekt für mich war. Man kann direkt von der eigenen Terasse an den Pool, was suuuper praktisch ist :-) Die tägliche Reinigung war zuverlässig, der Pool und die Gartenanlage sehr gepflegt und ich hatte das vermutlich beste Hotel-Frühstück seit langem. Von frischem Obst und Gemüse, Smoothies, Säfte, über eine große Auswahl an Wurst/Käse, Kaffee/Tee wird serviert, täglich Kuchen, Waffeln, Pancakes und sogar selbstgemachter Joghurt. Das Highlight ist eine frische Ei-Station, wo man sich Spiegelei, Omelette etc. zubereiten lassen kann.
Das Meer und der schöne Strand ist fußläufig nur 3min. entfernt. Ich bin vom Hotel aus gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und Bolt/Uber herumgekommen - man ist in 5min. an der Marina in Albufeira für diverse Trips, 10min. in der Altstadt Albufeira, 30min. in Ferragudo/Portimao.

Alle Mitarbeitenden haben stets mit mir geplaudert und mich gefragt wie es mir geht. Das gibt's natürlich in vielen Hotels, aber hier hatte ich speziell das Gefühl, dass sie es nicht machen, weil es ihr Job ist, sondern weil es wirklich einfach herzliche Menschen sind. Ich habe alles an diesem Urlaub geliebt, selten hab ich mich so wohl gefühlt.

Danke an das gesamte Team, ich komme im August wieder :-)

Excelente hotel, muy cercano y amable
Pros:

Las atenciones del hotel para conmigo fueron muy positivas, pase mi cumpleanos en sus instalaciones y tuvieron detalles especiales

Cons:

Creo que puede mejorar la comida que ofrecen, puede ser mas variada y de mayor estilo portugues la gastronomia del pais es muy buena.

Having been for 5 years this had gone down hill which is a shame

Tudo, é um paraíso imperdível. O pequeno almoço é divinal, realmente merece todas as estrelas possíveis.

Cons:

A única coisa mesmo que gostamos menos foi o facto de se conseguir ouvir barulho dos corredores e dos quartos de cima. O isolamento de som não é o melhor, mas não é algo que nos faça dar uma opinião negativa. Os hóspedes eram civilizados e não faziam barulho, apenas os conseguíamos ouvir abrir e fechar portas, caminhar, arrastar alguma cadeira… coisas assim, nada extremo.
