Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Pas de dernière mode mais c'est ok. Literie bien, je n'ai pas eu mal au dos.
Les repas étaient bons dans l'ensemble et variés. Beaucoup de snacks la journée en plus, en revanche ce n'est pas équilibré 😅
Concernant les piscines, elles sont sympas mais fraîches..
Le bémol est sur le spectacle du soir.. ils sont chouettes mais tellement forts que la musique "gueule" ça donne une mauvaise qualité. La fin est vers 23h50 il ne faut pas être couche tot

Rapidité et gentillesse au moment de l’enregistrement

This place is in massive disrepair. Very outdated and there was black mold in our bathroom. The door was broken and peeling away in the bathroom.
Beds are uncomfortable and pillows barely have any support. The only positive is the staff are friendly and helpful and the food was good in the buffets.
It has a lot of potential but definitely needs a renovation

Es ist sehr schade, dass man bei einer Vollpension nur Wasser als Getränk zur Verfügung hatte. Alles andere musste man bezahlen. Das Essen war ebenfalls sehr kalt und trocken.

Superbe hotel avec piscines pour tous les ages et parc aquatique sympa.hotel propre et nourriture tres bonne et variee.

We didn’t like the pool hours were only from 10am to 6pm. Since we only spend one night and arrived at 7 we missed the night swimming and check out was at 10am so we missed the day time hours.
The doors to the hallway were thin allowing noise in our room. We loved the food options and the entertainment for the night was awesome! Wish we had of stayed a couple of days to experience more of the resorts options.

Un peu déçu par l'hôtel dans le sens où il y avait des taches et des trous sur les draps. Un peu moyen pour un 4 étoiles. Sinon piscine agréable même si un peu froide en cette saison, la piscine couverte de 25 m n'était pas ouverte.
Buffet moyen également, on s'attendait à mieux.
Personnel de l'hotel très agréable

מלון נחמד מאד, חדרים מרווחים ל 3-4 אנשים בנויים מחדר שינה וילון, ארוחת בוקר סטנדרטית ללא ירקות וגבינות, ארוחת ערב סבירה, בסוף שבוע השתדרגה. 10 דקות הליכה ממרכז לורט דל מאר. לא הספקנו לנצל את הבריכה . המקורה, מגרש הטניס והספא, אבל טוב שיש

Très belle hôtel mais insonorisation importante on entend tout depuis la chambre que ce soit la chambre a côté ou le couloir.

Pas d’eau dans les bassins, beaucoup de travaux en cours.

Excellent séjour malgré une forte affluence dans l'hôtel. Chambre bien insonorisée.

We were travelling with 2 young kids and after hectic few days in Barcelona we booked this place as they had indoor swimming pool, gym, jacquzzi, kids club. Kids club was great but the rest of facilities were no good! Apparently the gym spa and jacquzzi was part of another building and had to be paid for seperately - this was not mentioned anywhere on the listing!!
Swimming pool was a joke, their massive indoor pool (advertised) was closed for renovation. Considering this was one of main reasons we went there, it was a waste of time.
No water provided in room, no kettle tea/coffee,hotel do not provide room service,no ironing board/iron.
This is definitely not 4 stars!!

Decent all round hotel, food can be a bit repetitive. I think we would have enjoyed the stay more if it was in season, we arrived the second week in October & everything was closed, pool bars closed, kids waterslides closed. This was a disappointment as we thought the season ended at the end of October.

Traveled with wife and 3 kids.
Here is what I thought:

Pros
+ Main pool is great and the kids pool has many big and small water slides
+ Staff is very nice and entertaining
+ Night shows were excellent
+ Food is fantastic
+ Hotel is very kids oriented and has a lot of activities for them

Cons
- Our room had a view of hotel pipes and we couldn't change it
- No lock on bathroom door (which is needed when traveling with small kids)
- It was hard to cross the room from one side to the other as there was only a small passage for a single person to cross
- The small table in the room was useless for working on it and main table's sitting area was just in front of the TV so you would block the TV if you wanted to work on it
- Many plates in dining room were broken and some were dirty
- Hotel exterior doesn't look that great (like all the other buildings in the city) but inside it's modern and very nice

Overall we really enjoyed our visit and we highly recommend it.

Hotel limpio para ir en familia tiene mucha animación, la comida esta bien hay variedad, esta cerca del centro pero a la vez alejado de los ruidos
