The room was extremely small.
This was a great experience at a small Adults only hotel. Beautiful rooftop pool with some shady areas. Staff ware all engaged and friendly with us. Already considering booking another trip to PV

Es bastante ruidoso de noche , no tanto por el ruido de la calle como por el del propio personal que vigila la entrada de noche , que se la pasan hablando entre ellos sin tener en cuenta que todo el hotel es una gran caja de resonancia … avisamos de ello pero no fué muy útil el aviso …

La ubicación, a una cuadra de la playa y cerca de muchos restaurantes, tiendas, supermercados y parques, plazas, etc. Cerca de todo, en una zona muy caminable.
La atención del personal, excelente, especialmente las personas del aseo.
Habitaciones con refri y buen AC.
Los desayunos buffet y la atención en el hotel Los Arcos, al frente del mar.
Un rooftop tranquilo con alberquita, camastros y vista decente.
La habitación que me asignaron de entrada era traumática y claustrofóbica, sin salida, ventana o entrada de luz por ningún lado, tipo cárcel. Tuve que pagar extra para hacer upgrade a una más amplia y que tuviera al menos ventana hacia afuera o el exterior.
El precio de las habitaciones me pareció un poco elevado para lo que obtienes.
De nada sirve reservar con meses de anticipación para que te toque una buena habitación, si llegas tarde, te dan el tugurio o el cuarto de San Alejo.

Great location, close to everything, the beach, the malecon, restaurants. Although close to main streets, it was surprisingly very quiet. The hotel has a very calm and relaxing atmosphere which we really appreciated. The spaces were always clean. Enjoyed the pool area, calm place for relaxing. Staff was very friendly and attentive at all times. I enjoyed my stay at Casa Doña Susana.
Pool towels have to be obtained from another hotel, at the beach. It’s very short walk. Not a big inconvenience.

The room type I requested at Casa Doña Susana was not available when I arrived, so they put me next door in Los Arcos Suites. The room was large with a sitting area, but the bathroom was small and old. The pool area was not very nice, and there was no breakfast option. The staff were polite, and the cleaning staff were very thorough. The room was well air-conditioned and quiet from street noise; however, a group of adolescents stayed who were very loud, slamming and knocking on doors and splashing in the pool late at night. If I return to PV, I would not stay in Los Arcos Suites, but I would prefer to stay at Casa Doña based on what I saw of the hotel and common pool area.
Beautiful courtyard, great rooftop pool and it’s wonderful that they are a sister hotel to Los Arcos Playa, so we could utilize the beach front there. Yummy breakfast!
Although the hotel was generally quiet at night, it was badly soundproofed, so you do hear anyone talking when they’re in the courtyard and there’s some noise pollution from the plumbing.
King bed was nice but took up most of the room.

Although we did enjoy our stay the rooftop pool was so very cold and nt useable for us, the pool across the street was great but often very busy and the one at the resort was so full and in full shade.
The location was great, I loved the traditional decor and courtyard area. It was awesome being able to use the Los Arcos pool and beach facilities. Gorgeous!
Some rooms are dated. I had two reservations - the first room had balcony and updated bathroom. The second was a standard king room with a stocked kitchenette with cook top, which was handy. The kitchenette and bathroom were dated. The second bed was pretty hard while the first was more comfortable.
Location, location, location
The bed was a little firm for me, and it would have been nice to have body lotion and conditioner in the bathroom.
