La ubicación, a una cuadra de la playa y cerca de muchos restaurantes, tiendas, supermercados y parques, plazas, etc. Cerca de todo, en una zona muy caminable.
La atención del personal, excelente, especialmente las personas del aseo.
Habitaciones con refri y buen AC.
Los desayunos buffet y la atención en el hotel Los Arcos, al frente del mar.
Un rooftop tranquilo con alberquita, camastros y vista decente.

Location was great; breakfast included at an affiliated beach side facility; rooftop bar and pool with an ocean view; desk staff was friendly & helpful.

Great location, close to everything, the beach, the malecon, restaurants. Although close to main streets, it was surprisingly very quiet. The hotel has a very calm and relaxing atmosphere which we really appreciated. The spaces were always clean. Enjoyed the pool area, calm place for relaxing. Staff was very friendly and attentive at all times. I enjoyed my stay at Casa Doña Susana.

Clean, comfortable rooms with a small kitchenette, excellent staff and location. The beach amenities at Los Arcos

The room type I requested at Casa Doña Susana was not available when I arrived, so they put me next door in Los Arcos Suites. The room was large with a sitting area, but the bathroom was small and old. The pool area was not very nice, and there was no breakfast option. The staff were polite, and the cleaning staff were very thorough. The room was well air-conditioned and quiet from street noise; however, a group of adolescents stayed who were very loud, slamming and knocking on doors and splashing in the pool late at night. If I return to PV, I would not stay in Los Arcos Suites, but I would prefer to stay at Casa Doña based on what I saw of the hotel and common pool area.

Beautiful courtyard, great rooftop pool and it’s wonderful that they are a sister hotel to Los Arcos Playa, so we could utilize the beach front there. Yummy breakfast!

This is a decent hotel for the price and location if this is the area you want to be in

The location was great, I loved the traditional decor and courtyard area. It was awesome being able to use the Los Arcos pool and beach facilities. Gorgeous!

Location, location, location

Casa Dona Susana was very clean with comfortable beds, bedding and towels. Has a quaint Mexican charm to it, and would highly recommend.
The only annoying part of the stay was a constant chirping coming from the lobby portion of the hotel. When inquiring about it, they said it had to do with a temperature sensor. Hopefully this’ll be fixed soon so others can enjoy a quite stay.

Where do I start. No bar, no restaurant. No parking for my rent a car in the hotel. I bought all inclusive but the bar is two blocks away, it closes at 10:30pm. The TV didn’t work. This was the first Hotel I have ever stayed. The staff was rude.

Great location, access to all 3 sister hotel amenities. Awesome staff!

Pros: Location, quiet and close to the sister hotels and restaurants and amenities in Zona Romantica
Cons, humidity in the room, regular room felt claustrophobic, (make sure you stay on a room with a balcony) no pool the week we were there, but access to the Los Arcos all inclusive and Arcos condos pools

Absolutely perfect! Property, location, comfort, cleanliness and especially the attentive staff Alexander, Joel and the rest of the team. Boutique hotel but with the percs of being sister hotel to beach resort Los Arcos. We will absolutely stay there again next trip!
