Pros:

Staff was nice , hotel was clean and looked good all the time. Location is perfect for everything from shopping and close to the beach.

For the price I paid, I expected more.
Cons:

Some of the staff were nice. However, the lady that served the breakfast was very rude. A man asked her about there being no orange juice and she simply said it was “out”, but I had been there for 4 days and it was “out” the whole four days. When he asked about putting out more food she stated that breakfast was over at 9:30 and it was not 9:30 yet. Also, the same breakfast was served everyday, not giving much to look forward to. I asked about the pool being open one day and the first day they said it was closed due to maintenance. She said it would be open the next day, so the next day I asked after it stopped raining (it drizzled for about 10 minutes). I was told that the pool was closed because of the rain. After it stopped raining it was not reopened. Therefore, during my whole stay the only thing truly enjoyable was the room. Even though there were many tv channels that did not work and the sheets gave me an allergic reaction.

Cons:

The owner trespassed me from the property on day 3 of my 7 day stay and refused to refund me the remaining days I booked as well as entering my room while my family was sleeping unauthorized and waking my minor cousin from her sleep and requesting that she leave the property which was ridiculous. I have since reached out to corporate as well as the property

The electrical outlet sparked. The bathroom in the room they moved us to was dirty. I asked for it to be cleaned and it was not.

I think the size of the room and uncomfortable bed was not worth $324. I felt like I paid for the location.
Pros:

I like where the hotel was located. It was disappointing that I had to use my car to go out because there were no sidewalks.

The room phone was not working and there were no hearing accessible rooms.
