The property was ok

I like the facility, the breakfast was good, the pool was good

Stayed here for 1 night as we arrived early for our trip and stay at a local resort.
The hotel seems to have been recently updated and has a nice lobby and restrooms in the guest rooms. We did not try breakfast so I cannot review. My only complaint was the uncomfortable bed that dipped in the middle and the manager on duty our morning of checkout 07/03/26. Her lack of professionalism in handling late checkouts was appalling to say the least. At 11:00am there was a loud bang on our room door, and I saw it was an employee with long braids, so I opened the door.
As soon as I open the door, this woman rudely says, “Check out is at 11:00am, and while moving her finger in a rolling motion says that we need to move it along faster because they need to have rooms ready for other guests by 2pm”. I closed the door in shock and couldn’t believe an employee would speak to a guest this way. We received a phone call about 15-20 minutes later from a woman saying we had 5 minutes to check out. We gathered the last of our items and headed downstairs to check out within 5 minutes.
I got to the counter and asked the woman sitting at the desk (the same woman who banged on our door) if she was the manager and she responded that she was. I told her that I did not appreciate how she banged on our door regarding the check out time. She said she banged on our neighbor’s door the same way she banged on ours, and I told her that doesn’t make it okay. She said their regional manager makes them bang on doors to wake people up and since she called and we did not answer she chose to bang on the door. My friend was awake while I was in the shower and said nobody called. I told her I could understand the protocol, but that doesn’t excuse her tone or attitude when I answered the door. You either bang on someone’s door like you’re the police or you’re rude, there must be a balance in customer service. She said, “well that’s how you feel” and proceeded to take our deposit for checking out at 11:30am when she had just called our room saying we had 5 minutes to check out. Horrible customer service and I see from other reviews that there is a history of rude employees at this location, I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s the same woman.

This was, without question, the worst hotel experience my husband and I have ever had.

We booked an 8-night stay, but by the second day we were forced to leave because of the manager, Elina. From the moment we checked in, she repeatedly accused us of smelling like marijuana. We do not believe we were treated fairly, and it felt as though she had already decided we were a problem before giving us a chance.

What made the situation even more disturbing was that she entered our room twice while we were away without our permission. That completely violated our sense of privacy and made us feel extremely uncomfortable.

Rather than handling the situation professionally, she continued to harass us until we were ultimately removed from the hotel. She then attempted to deny us a refund for the remaining nights we had already paid for, which only added to an already terrible experience.

The hotel itself was also disappointing. The shower ceiling in the bathroom was peeling and in poor condition. After reading recent reviews, I found that other guests had also mentioned a marijuana odor at the hotel just days before our stay. There were also people smoking outside the property, yet it felt like we were unfairly singled out.

No guest should be treated this way. We left feeling humiliated, disrespected, and completely disappointed. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. If you value respectful customer service, professionalism, and your privacy, I suggest staying elsewhere.

Our stay was great. The staff where friendly and efficient
The rooms where great looks like they where recently remodeled
The breakfast was really good too. I want to give a special shout out to Salena,she is like the energizer bunny non stop.
She kept her staff on poimt and I personally watched her handle at least five different tasks, it seems like at the same time. Salena made our stay wonderful and we will definitely be back. I also want to give a shout out to Connie who was holding the breakfast area down

I enjoyed the breakfast, the location was near everything that was amazing.

Shops near by

Staff was nice , hotel was clean and looked good all the time. Location is perfect for everything from shopping and close to the beach.

The room wsa very nice.

Loved the room it was a great stay amd the staff

The breakfast was ok. The outlets are right across the street and there are several restaurants within a mile of the hotel.
