I booked because it said breakfast but was wayyyyyyy disappointed to find out that it was cereal, yogurt, hot water for oatmeal anyway that’s not even considered Continental breakfast to me it was a small area in the corner so I ended up having to go out for breakfast.

Never got a chance to stay there☹️
Pros:

Nothing..nothing at all the lady at the front was horrible helped with nothing and probably lied about the policy or something.

Cons:

When I came to check in with them they denied us due to us being locals but it was never said that they didn’t allow locals. I had to pay for another hotel room at a different hotel. The lady didn’t apologize either.

no one warned us that the entire hotel was under renovation. we could have gone to another hotel. we felt like we were at a construction site. that's why we are asking for a refund
