Hotel muy cómodo y bien ubicado
Pros:

Hotel muy bien ubicado, la habitación muy comoda, y todo estaba limpio. El personal muy amable. El desayuno muy rico y variado.

Cons:

No me gustó que no tuvieran cafetera en las habitaciones, con el frío que hace es importante que los huéspedes puedan tener la opción de tener en su habitación agua caliente para hacer bebidas como té o café.

Nada porque ese alojamiento no se corresponde con la descripción que hay vuestra pagina . Os puedo decir que le faltan 4 estarellaa

Cons:

Este alojamiento tiene una falta de ser reformado de arriba a abajo y el personal tiene falta de agrado por donde lo mires. Es el primer hotel que vamos donde el desayuno tiene una camarera en la cocina sentada viendo el movil cuando en el bufete faltaba de todo, no reponen cuando se acaba o sea que si bajas a las 9,45 ya no desayunas casi ni pan

El precio del SPA lo estropeó

La atención del personal, son increíbles en todo. ¡Un 10!

Cons:

Me parece una tomadura de pelo que el hotel se llame "SPA" y que solo al hacer la reserva te llega un email y te dicen que el SPA tiene un sobre coste.... el cual nos parece desmesurado... 2h por 30€/persona.... ¡un despropósito!

Por otro lado, 4 estrellas... y solo desayuno????? ¿No hay opción de nada más!


Los productos de limpieza tienen un olor tan excesivo que al llegar casi nos cambian de habitación por el olor, hasta el personal Lis dijo que el olor era muy fuerte.

Hotel para ir!!
Pros:

Todo en general muy bien ,el spa genial,el personal excelente y la ubicación perfecta,está todo muy limpio y cuidado,hotel muy recomendable .

Cons:

Como nota "algo negativa,supongo que será cuestión de gustos"me hubiera gustado que ofrecieran media pensión o pensión completa,solo ofrecen desayuno, que esta muy bien.
Y las almohadas muy finas para mí gusto.

the spa was rather expensive, I think it was great facility but having no option other than paying 20 euros for 2 hours was frustrating. It would be great to have options to pay less for less time - not everyone wants to spend 2 hours in the spa.

Volveremos!!
Pros:

Hemos estado 4 en la habitación, 2 adultos y 2 niños (11 y 14). Habitación grande, cómoda y funcional. Todo limpio. Desayuno buffet perfecto. Hay de todo, muy completo. Personal muy amable. No probamos el spa, de modo que no puedo opinar.

Cons:

La única pega que tiene es que las plazas para aparcar en el exterior son pocas. Hay que buscar sitio para aparcar en las inmediaciones.
