La amabilidad de todo el personal, desde recepción, personal de limpieza, camare@s y socorrista....
Reservamos una Junior suite y debido a la gran ocupación, nos facilitaron una Suite ya que estaban libres. Un gran detallazo y mas al ir con un bebe de 3 meses.
Al entrar en la habitación y conectar la luz saltaban los térmicos, desconecte varias cosas pero seguía igual, se lo comenté a la jefa del personal de limpieza y rápidamente llamo a mantenimiento y se personó en la habitación, mientras fuimos a la piscina lo repararon. Era el desagüe del aire acondicionado que estaba mal o algo y el agua la tiraba para dentro mojando los enchufes.
Bufet bastante bueno, variedad y todo muy limpio

La zona de piscina debería de haber mas sombrillas, sobre todo en la zona de la piscina de los niños.

Pros:

El ambiente familiar, el desayuno y la cena siempre que no vayas tarde. El restaurante junto a la piscina: muy buena comida. La paella espectacular. El personal de todo el hotel muy amable.

Cons:

Fuimos a comer (restaurante junto a la piscina) una hora antes de cerrar y ya no fue lo mismo. Los boquerones fritos ya llevaban fritos un buen tiempo, muy aceitosos, las sardinas sin estar bien asadas, todo con prisas.

Köszönjük szépen a szállodának,hogy kérésünket figyelembe vette és emeleti szobát kaptunk gyönyörű kilátással a medencére,7 éjszakát töltöttünk ebben a remek 45 nm-es apartmanban.
Külön köszönet a takarító hölgyeknek a tiszta, rendezett környezetért az apartmanban.
