Cons:

Quarto 707 com muito barulho aparentemente da caixa dagua. Quarto com muito po (telefone, mesa). Parece que nao foi limpo. Liguei na recepção e disseram q nunca reclamaram disso mas governanta subiu, viu o barulho a noite e me trocaram de quarto.

O atendimento da equipe foi excelente, a localização é ótima.
O carinho do hotel que sem eu pedir ou avisar eles viram que era aniversário da minha mãe e prepararam um bolinho para ela.

Street noise! I tried to relocate but the hotel was sold out; also the option given to me wasn’t quite convenient to change over the room on the last day of my stay - handover the luggage at 8 am and then wait till 3 pm to move to the higher floor room. Gutted!

xcelente relación precio vs. Servicio.
Pros:

Muy cerca de la playa, se camina 50 mts y ya estas en la Avenida principal de Cobacabana. Es una zona céntrica, aún asi se puede descansar porque se aisla muy bien la bulla del exterior.
Instalaciones limpias.
El desayuno es bufete, delicioso y con mucha variedad.
Personal amable, y como turista uno se siente seguro porque hay oficial de seguridad en la entrada pendiente del entorno.
Excelente relación precio vs. Servicio.

Cons:

El olor a aguas negras, lamentablemente no se puede abrir la ventana de la habitación.
Pero estas en Copacabana en donde la mayor parte del lugar huele así.

Pros:

The bellmen were great. They went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of.
The location is also an easy walk to the beach.
We felt very safe.

Cons:

The cleaning staff often came very late in the day - sometimes late afternoon.
The rooms are a little cramped with not much of a view.
