Buen trato, pero servicios precarios

La gente del hotel nos trato muy muy bien.

Cons:

Había una chinche en las sabanas. Las sabanas me dieron alergia y me brote todo el cuerpo. No me quedo opcion que dormir vestido y fuera de la ropa de cama todas las noches. El wifi no funciona bien, me termine gastando mas dinero en roaming y la tv no tenia coneccion ni canales. Muy mala experiencia con los servicios.

Muy cómoda la habitación, con aire, frigobar, wi-fi, agua caliente y tv, excelente servicio de limpieza de las instalaciones y excelente atención por parte del personal. Y se encuentra a menos de 100 mts de la playa!!

Cons:

La zona donde se encuentra deja bastante que desear con respecto a la limpieza y recolección de residuos.
Por otro lado, el gimnasio y la pileta son pequeños y cierran temprano.

Unbelievable Copacabana sunrises
Pros:

Staff were every friendly and helpful. Location is great and fabulous breakfast. Nice shower in room. Lovely rooftop pool - water exceptionally clean (cleanest hotel pool I’ve ever come across) with a view of the beach. Quick friendly bar and food service.

Cons:

No tea/coffee in the room. Nice room however some dust under the bed otherwise it was spotless.
