For check-outs before 6:00 pm, we will charge an additional 50% (LCO) of the full daily rate and 100% (LCO) for departures after 6:00 pm. Cons:

La cama era incómoda debido a los años de uso. No me gustó nada que en la ficha de ingreso al hotel con los datos personales había que contestar la pregunta sobre tu “raza” (por cierto, NO existen las razas humanas, existen las razas animales, pero no las humanas, somos todos homo sapiens sapiens), contestando si eras negro, pardo, amarillo … qué pregunta es esa? Estamos todavía en el siglo 19? Inaceptable

Da localização e da possibilidade de deixar as malas antes do check-in.
O quarto era bem iluminado e tinha uma pequena vista para o mar!

Cons:

Do preço das coisas, como água, café, etc.
Do barulho nos corredores (o que me faz crer que os quartos não têm um bom isolamento).

Me gusto que estaba muy cerca de la playa, que el personal era muy servicial y nos atendieron súper bien. No pudimos hacer late check out, pero nos guardaron el equipaje. Muy recomendable

Cons:

La verdad que todo mil puntos. Puse un 9 porque solo me pareció que las habitaciones deberían haber sido todas del mismo tamaño. Reservamos 3 y una era muy pequeña en comparación con las otras 2. Pero sólo eso

Puerta estaba mala, cada vez que volvíamos teníamos que pedir que nos acompañaran de recepción para volver a abrir la puerta.
No pudieron arreglarla cuando estábamos afuera; sino que cuando volvimos un día cansados y estábamos acostados llamaron porque el técnico quería arreglar la puerta en ese momento.
Desayuno demasiado básico para ser un windsor.

Pros:

La atención del personal es excelente, la limpieza también es excelente. El desayuno tipo buffet tiene diferentes opciones y todo es muy fresco

Cons:

La piscina es muy pequeña y está un poco descuidada. También el espacio al rededor de la piscina es muy limitado, solo podían estar 3 personas

Pros:

Colaboradores muito prestativos, limpeza excelente, localização boa, refeições servidas de boa qualidade.

Cons:

Única insatisfação foi a manutenção deficiente do armário do quarto, q deixou o ambiente com cheiro de muito mofo.. precisa de reforma ou troca! O custo da diária é considerável e então não justifica mobiliário com avaria

Um hotel de ótimo custo x benefício.
Pros:

Limpeza do quarto sempre em dia e prontificação da equipe para solicitações. Saguão sempre limpo apesar do hotel estar quase a beira-mar. Segurança á porta a todo momento, o que aumenta a sensação de segurança.
Quarto silencioso e de um tamanho bom para o custo.

Cons:

Não encontrei nada de negativo ou que tenha estragado a experiência.
