The location was perfect. Great parking.
That I couldn't stay longer.
The location is convenient, only one block from Chestnut Street where there are many shops and restaurants.
The room is bigger than in any typical hotel.
The location on Lombard Street, although convenient, is noisy. There is a lot of street traffic noise. My room was on the third floor, which helped dampen the noise a bit.
Even though the room is very large, the furnishings are outdated and in need of a face-lift.

如果是開車自駕的話，旅館位置很不錯，去哪都方便，而且停車位是室內的很安全，床也挺舒服的。
非常的吵，旅館3面臨馬路，所以淺眠的千萬不要預定，其他的都還行。

Cama terrible, colchon muy deteriorado, almohadas cero confortables, no hicieron NUNCA la limpieza. Solo sacaban la basura del baño y listo. Un hotel que se viejo y sin mayor mantenimiento, muy caro para lo que ofrece.
The rooms are spacious, I even had two beds.
There is tea, coffee and kettle, TV and air conditioning.
There is a shower and bathtub, many towels and some basic utility items.
Pretty good location: not too far away from main attractions. You can even walk to piers or the Temple, if you choose to. I practically only walked around and found that the hotel is easilty reachable by both legs and transport.
The rooms are dated and I find the price to be too high for what it is. But this is SF, I guess.
No fridge (or microwave) inside the room.
It can get loud - you can hear the street noise quite well from the room.
The vending machine on the floor only accepted cash.
They don’t have a breakfast. But we knew that and there are plenty of little coffee shops in the area.

The underground parking is a big plus
Front desk person Kyran was sweet
- the woman at the front desk during my check in was barely speaking any English
- air conditioner was working not lower than 72 degrees, fan broken, but it was making loud noises heard from the hall all the time it was on. And there were no other means of ventilation in the room
- DUSTY everything - curtains, throw pillows, carpet
- dated furniture and the mattress had a visible dent in the middle
- no fridge
- water pressure was non existent
