Helpful staff and great location. Love the view of The Golden Gate Bridge
Pros:

Large bedroom and bathroom with plenty of room to move. Great view of the Golden Gate Bridge and close to all the places we wanted to visit.

Cons:

A bit old and worn. We missed our flights for 2 days at New Orleans due to TSA strikes and we felt the hotel could have been more accommodating with us losing 2 nights. They only agreed to move one date to the day after our initial departure but this was at a cost of $100 USD. We had this happen once before in New Zealand and they were happy to change our booking as they agreed that we hadn’t cancelled our booking only amended it.

La comodidad de las camas. Ubicación para transportarse al Golden Gate.

Cons:

No arreglaron la cama donde dormimos. Además solo dejan un sobrecito de café para cada persona por día. No dejan agua pura en las habitaciones.

Cons:

We arrived late at night. We were given keys and when we tried to enter the room, we noted a Do Not Disturb sign. We were confused and returned to front desk without entering the room. It turned out that other guests were given the same hotel room earlier. Thanks God, we did not enter.

Cons:

Located across the street from a nightclub/bar that made it difficult to sleep Friday night. Music thumping and loud people. I’m sure it wouldn’t be heard from the interior rooms.
