Gute Lage und Parkplatz inklusive. Die Zimmer zum Hinterhof sind ruhig, gegen die Strasse hin aber sehr lärmig.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein extrem unangenehmes Erlebnis mit einer äusserst aggressiven Mitarbeitern an der Rezeption. Anstatt sachlich zu handeln wegen eines Missverständnis um den Parkplatz, eskalierte sie sofort und drohte mit der Polizei. Zudem behauptete sie, wir wollten sie angreifen, obwohl jeder Versuch von uns, die Lage zu beruhigen sie noch mehr anheizte. Schliesslich liess sie, nachdem wir in unsere Zimmer gingen, den Chef auffahren, der mich während meiner Dusche aus dem Zimmer orderte und anfänglich auch mit Polizei drohte. Erst nach einigen Beruhigungsversuchen hörte er endlich zu und begriff dann, dass sich der ganze Eklat auf einem fast unbedeutenden Parkplatzproblem aufbaute und nur wegen einer absolut unprofessionellen und gästefeindlichen Reaktion einer äusserst hysterischen Mitarbeiterin überhaupt eskalierte. Nach dem Ereignis war der Chef zu uns auffällig nett und offensichtlich beschämt. Leider ist aber eine Entschuldigung uns gegenüber dennoch ausgeblieben. Obwohl uns das Hotel, das wir bereits mehrfach besucht hatten eigentlich zusagt, werden wir es aber künftig meiden, ausser wir erhalten im Nachhinein eine klare Entschuldigung.
