Comfortable, Clean & Affordable
Pros:

The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Staff on check in and check out were very friendly. The bar/restaurant staff were attentive and chatty. Couldn’t go wrong with a stay in this hotel.

Cons:

Only thing I didn’t “like” was I couldn’t manually heat my room at night. The radiators seem to be on a timer. No big issue though.

Very pleasant stay
Pros:

Can't really fault the place, it was spotless and modern.

Cons:

If being picky I like a harder mattress but that's a personal preference, we would definitely return as it was a lovely stay. Ideal location for Whitfield Clinic.

Pros:

Everything except for the gym

Cons:

Gym was too noisy far too much loud noise with rave music noise. Noise cancelling headphones didn’t help it was so loud. When I asked the gym staff to turn it down they complained about my complaint. Wouldn’t be rushing to use the gym again

New Year Break
Pros:

Went for 3 nights B/B 2 Evening meals good deal.Positives lovely room , could do with some storage(no drawers to store clothes in) small wardrobe, also had to ask twice for heating to be turned on as room was freezing , great shower.Lovely food , lovely bar area. Negatives staff very young and inexperienced need training on how to greet guests and make eye contact with them, food was lovely except for last night problem in the kitchen and staff member was very stressed he explained what what was not available and we made a joke it wasn't good enough his reply was he only came on at 6pm and nothing he could do, he did apologise later in the evening. Have stayed here before and enjoyed our stay which was why we made return visit ,unfortunately I have to say will not return.

Not worth the money.
Pros:

location. some staff were friendly.

Cons:

It was like being in a hot oven, with only a tiny window that opened a crack, no fan (got a small one for the three of us, after complaining) and no air conditioning. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. At E200 a night, I’d have expected slightly better conditions to sleep.

The Viking Hotel was an excellent choice and I highly recommend it to anyone!
Pros:

The included breakfast was excellent and the dining area was very nice. We had drinks in the bar area the night we arrived and the young man behind the bar was friendly and helpful. It all made for a great stay!

Cons:

The only thing I can think of is having ice more available. I know it’s more of an American thing, but we enjoy a lot of ice in our drinks. Everything else was great!

Overall would stay again
Pros:

Beds were comfy, breakfast was good.

Cons:

People in the room across the way had a huge argument for over an hour in the middle of the night. Def not the hotels fault but def put a dampener on the stay
