Pros:

Zimmer geräumig, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück und gutes Essen im Restaurant, kostenfreie Parkplätze

Cons:

Lage im Gewerbegebiet mit gewissem Geräuschpegel verbunden, aber das war vorher bekannt

Excellent !!!!!
Pros:

Second stay at Viking for eye surgery in nearby hospital, and staff were always on hand to help.
Would recommend The Viking (despite it being surrounded by car dealers !) Staff always smiling and cheerful, breakfast had everything you could want , dinners menu a bit limited for a longer stay but well cooked and tasty. Rooms very warm clean and comfortable ——- this time we had a “disabled” bathroom with walk in shower and lots of handrails which were excellent for our needs. Well done to ALL the staff and we look forward to another visit .

Wonderful hotel. Highly recommend.

Lovely and clean. Staff were really helpful and great service :)

Disappointing meal
Pros:

Second time of staying. Again, lovely, spotless room. Lovely service at reception. First time we stayed restaurant great service, great food, nice wine. Second time, not as good. No acknowledgement on arrival. Had a drink at the bar served by a surly young man. Food ok, not as good as last time. No wine list. One poor girl doing all the serving. Breakfast, however, brilliant. Staff training needed for bar staff or more staff on duty. Would stay again and hope restaurant improves

Comfortable, Clean & Affordable
Pros:

The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Staff on check in and check out were very friendly. The bar/restaurant staff were attentive and chatty. Couldn’t go wrong with a stay in this hotel.

Cons:

Only thing I didn’t “like” was I couldn’t manually heat my room at night. The radiators seem to be on a timer. No big issue though.

Very pleasant stay
Pros:

Can't really fault the place, it was spotless and modern.

Cons:

If being picky I like a harder mattress but that's a personal preference, we would definitely return as it was a lovely stay. Ideal location for Whitfield Clinic.

Good
Pros:

Everything except for the gym

Cons:

Gym was too noisy far too much loud noise with rave music noise. Noise cancelling headphones didn’t help it was so loud. When I asked the gym staff to turn it down they complained about my complaint. Wouldn’t be rushing to use the gym again
