Very comfortable for short stays.
Pros:

The room was as expected for an out of city location. It was clean & bright. We were informed that it was refurbished not too long ago.

Cons:

Very disappointed that no residents bar would definitely put me off staying again. Even if it stayed open for an extra hour gave you the option would have been nice.

Pros:

The staff were good at check in and the room was ok there was a bus stop near the hotel so we could get in and out to Waterford.

Cons:

There was work still going on in the hotel and the room was cramped there wasn't any room to get around at breakfast there wasn't enough fruit and when we asked if there was any more bananas we were told that there wasn't any more without the staff checking.

Very relaxing plenty to do in the area brillant as a base for tramore beach ⛱️ or horse racin
Pros:

Beautiful breakfast and dinner the location was great adjacent to beaches and city shopping.
