Pros:

It is a top notch hotel. However, it needs a touch of Gym facilities for those who exercises every morning like me.
Another review is that of your desk receptionist ( Arlind, ) who gave his all in making sure our stay was animated.
He took out time to explain interesting places of visits and offered a good customer gesture.

Hôtel tout confort avec vue

Hôtel assez chic et agréable. Que ce soit à la réception ou au restaurant (qui est très bon pour le dîner) le personnel est sympathique et à notre écoute. Petit bémol durant notre séjour, une soirée privée organisée pour un anniversaire autour de la piscine, sans information au préalable, nous a contraint de subir les nuisances sonores jusqu’au milieu de la nuit. La direction n’a même pas offert quoique soit aux clients de l’hôtel pour s’en excuser et je trouve dommage que ce soit à nous d’en être dérangés ! Nous avons payé pour dormir et non subir.

Fantastic pool area - room and decor dated
Pros:

The pool area on the rooftop was amazing with views of mountains and Tirana - huge, clean pool with lots of sunbeds and a bar, felt like a proper holiday resort. Room was clean and huge, but the bright red carpets were dated and very worn, with dated furniture, so the rooms could do with a refresh. Overall we loved our stay due to the lovely pool area and felt it was good value for money. Staff at reception were very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Fint værelse, SKØN udsigt over byen fra balkon, dejligt poolområde - også med udsigt over byen. Morgenmaden var kedelig, men alt andet var godt.

Great location, tidy but old rooms, nice pool, breakfast was good but very basic. Friendly staff. Bartenders at the pool are not really used to work, forget orders, even when it’s not busy.
A lot of locals at the pool during weekends, extremely loud music at the pool (dj).

Dieses Hotel überzeugt durch seine unkomplizierte Atmosphäre und das überaus freundliche, aufmerksame Personal, das mitdenkt und sich wirklich um das Wohl der Gäste kümmert.
Das hauseigene Restaurant hat uns mit sensationell frischen Meeresfrüchten, exzellentem Fisch und weiteren kulinarischen Highlights überrascht – ein echter Gaumenschmaus! Die Qualität der Speisen steht einem Feinschmecker-Restaurant in nichts nach, die Preise sind dabei erstaunlich günstig für die gebotene Frische und Raffinesse.
Leider wird dieser kulinarische Schatz auf der Webseite kaum deutlich – dabei ist das Restaurant längst ein beliebter Treffpunkt für Einheimische und Geschäftsleute. Hier wird auf hohem Niveau gekocht – unbedingt ausprobieren!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft,sauber, nettes Personal. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas entfernt von der Stadtmitte, ca 10min mit Taxi, ca 8-10€ für eine Fahrt. Ab und zu war die Musik am Pool etwas zu laut, man konnte sich da schlecht unterhalten

Hôtel correct mais le restaurant est très très long. Plus de 2h pour servir entre un plat et un dessert.
Pour un séjour tranquille, je déconseille. Dimanche DJ à fond avec musique extrêmement bruyante et on ne peut pas discuter ensemble.
Le lundi musique playlist mais pareil tte s très fort. Cela n’est pas du tout reposant autour d’une piscine.

Très dommage d’avoir autant de bruit autour d’une piscine lorsque l’on vient en vacances pour ce reposer également. Musique à fond…. Et en plus on ne s’entend même pas parler. Nous sommes obliger de crier pour discuter.

Levde inte alls upp till vad man förväntade sig. Poolen var otjänlig och det fanns inte en enda solstol. Det fanns en restaurang, inget annat. Frukosten hade ej buffé, utan en färdig tallrik. Man fick antingen kaffe/te eller juice, uselt att inte kunna få både en kopp kaffe och ett glas juice. Långt från allt och svindyrt för ingenting. Undvik.

One of the nicest hotels in this part of Tirana. The view was amazing and the pool was big with lots of tanning beds. Great parking and easy to drive to. I would stay again.

Nice Hotel with a super pool and Nice Roms. But they play waaaay to loud Music at the pool the entire day.

Séjour vraiment moyen.
Piscine pas ouverte (la saison commence en juin ce qui est très tard)
Petit déjeuner que a partir de 8h, donc 1/4 pris a cause des excursions , aucun dédommagement proposé, ni qqchose a emporter
Le seul petit déjeuné pris été vraiment moyen (plus rien de sucre à 9h, peu de choses salé proposé)
Navette proposée et validée avec l'hôtel, mais rien en arrivant à l'aéroport.
Le restaurant DANS l'hôtel très très moyen (pauvre en qualité et personnel très peu chaleureux)
Je vous conseille le restaurant d'en face, pour le même prix, il est exceptionnel

Le personnel de l'hôtel parle tres peu anglais.

La chambre était tres propre, literie très confortable et une bonne odeur dans la chambre. Salle de bain sans baignoire, mais très propre, pas besoin de réclamer du shampoing ni de serviette propre.
