The loud piped music in the corridorsdrove me mad
Pros:

Staff were very attentive and friendly, evening meal in restaurant excellent

Cons:

I found the pipe music in the corridors to be very intrusive and could easily be heard in the rooms, which was most distracting when you were trying to work and when trying to sleep. I would not stay in the hotel again solely due to the awful noise.

Surclassement Booking décevant
Pros:

Pour une chambre en surclassement pour fidelité Booking= très décevant .
Moins bien qu'une réservation précédente effectuée directement auprès de l'hôtel. Machine à café sans 1 seule dosette. Pas même une bouilloire électrique avec dose de café ou tisane, comme dans la chambre précédente, pas de petit kit pour les oreilles. Exposition sombre. ..sur les toits interieurs...Bref, qq mètres carrés en plus et une bonne literie = seuls avantages.
Très déçue.
