Really enjoyed the stay. Food was very nice. Rooms were clean and tidy. Great staff in all areas.
Pros:

staff were very attentive and looked after us in all aspects. Nothing was too much for the housekeepers, reception or dining room staff...well done everyone and thank you for looking after us

Very clean and very nice staff a pleasure entertainment great only downside was a lot of steps especially when you are getting older in life but otherwise a lovely holiday

Pros:

Cleanliness and facilities were excellent. Great pools and pool side bar. Great daily breakfast. Good value.

Cons:

Loud music at pool bar daily could have been quited down a bit.

Nice big room for 3 of us. Breakfast and location were perfect

Cons:

Hotel needs to do the simple things well. If 1 of the 3 large towels are taken and there is small amount of toilet paper, housekeeping needs to replace these items. I requested this at reception, and they still didn't arrive.

Pros:

Location, staff, breakfast food choice exceptional. Staff friendly in all areas and some remembered us from previous visits, especially Adrian at Playbar.
Comfortable beds.
Very good housekeeping in rooms.

Cons:

We couldn't get to grips with the bedroom air con.
Also, the shower was quite slippy and no hand rail to grab on to.
