Pros:

We love the pool area .Staff were all pleasant. Breakfast very nice .

Cons:

We got a garden view, but didn't realise that our patio was inclosed. Would definitely request an open patio if going again.

Great hotel but not suitable for wheelchair access
Pros:

Hotel location clean great food bar pools and staff for ablebody people brilliant.But for me in a wheelchair terrible unfortunately a big sofa blocking my exit to veranda a big lip to get over sliding doors shower chair didn't look strong or safe needed to tell you what weight the chair can hold.I asked for a free standing chair which to my surprise they had never heard of nor had .Showed me another room which unfortunately was not for me either.

Also toilet to low for wheelchair users and noise from the toilets beside your room very very noisy especially during the night

Great facilities and in a great location. Breakfast was fabulous. Happy hour in the bar was a nice surprise

Cons:

Uncomfortable beds.
We had a problem with the shower it totally flooded the room. They did change our room although initially they said we would have to check out and then check in at 3 pm. We refused that and a manager came along she dealt with it and we got a room straight away. Front desk staff member was very unhelpful to begin with.
No heated swimming pool.
