Cons:

Service in Frühstücksraum ist ständig auf Patroille gewesen, man hatte schon Angst, dass sie einem gleich den Teller wegnehmen, sobald man den letzten Bissen gegessen hat. Etwas vornehme Zurückhaltung wäre angebracht. Reinigungsfirma extern, vorallem eine Servicekraft waren extrem unfreundlich, haben nicht gegrüßt, gegen die Tür gewummert, wenn man deutlich sagte, man möchte seine Ruhe. Qualität des Frühstücks insbesondere Obst auch nicht so gut

Insgesamt top, aber ein unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter trübte den ersten Eindruck.
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren komfortabel. Sehr bequeme Betten.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch überragend.
Die Lage direkt an der Straßenbahn war top. Etwas auswärts, aber trotzdem zentral.

Cons:

Leider war die Kollegin an der Rezeption beim Einchecken sehr unfreundlich. Das war für uns kein schöner Start.
Die anderen Angestellten waren aber im Verlauf sehr freundlich.
