Insgesamt gut, Rechnungsabwicklung muss verbessert werden
Pros:

Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Das Personal war freundlich, das Zimmer sauber und komfortabel, und auch das Frühstück hat überzeugt.
Abgesehen davon war aber alles in Ordnung, und ich würde das Hotel grundsätzlich weiterempfehlen – mit dem Hinweis, die Rechnungsabwicklung ernsthaft zu verbessern.

Cons:

Allerdings gab es ein Problem bei der Abrechnung: Es war leider nicht möglich, die Rechnung in einen geschäftlichen und einen privaten Teil aufzuteilen. Das hat mich ziemlich geärgert, da das für Geschäftsreisende ein wichtiger Punkt ist.
