Pros:

It’s in a good location. But the manager, a very disturbed woman, made my experience so difficult. She did not want to warm food for my infant. She has no empathy at all. I guess she has no experience with customer service.

This was a very disappointing experience…really unacceptable, especially for a parent traveling with a young child. For the first time am experiencing this, out of the many thousand hotels I have been to.

We are talking about something very basic here. My child’s mother prepares his food carefully, makes sure everything is perfect, safe, exactly how it should be. All we needed was to warm it. Simple. But the hotel manager refused, again and again, no flexibility, no willingness to help, nothing.

I explained clearly: this is for my child, who just turned 1. Very young. Any parent understands how important this is. But she didn’t listen. Instead, she kept repeating rules, saying they must be followed. She even mentioned that she is German, she follows the rules… no exceptions. That’s not good service. Not at all.

I know rules are fine. We respect rules. But great service means knowing when to show a little understanding, especially when a child is involved. There was none of that here. No empathy, no solution offered, just a flat refusal.

It’s very disappointing, because this could have been handled easily. Very easily. But it was not.

I would not recommend this hotel to families with young children. You deserve better, I tell you, much much better, when it comes to something as basic as taking care of your child’s needs.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück war vielfältig. Das Zimmer war geräumig.

Cons:

Die Zimmerausstattung ist relativ alt. Die Einrichtungsgegenstände zeigen deutliche Spuren der Alterung. Das Hotel benötigt eine grundlegende Renovierung der Zimmer.

Achei o ambiente acolhedor. Porém muito caro para o que oferecia.
O quarto era silencioso.

Cheguei a primeira noite e meu colchão afundava no meio.Como era tarde deixei para resolver no dia seguinte.Porém encontrei certa dificuldade de início de resolver essa questão.Tive que encontrar a solução para eles poderem resolver.Paguei caro por uma acomodação que deixou a desejar na primeira noite.Sugiro uma maior atenção ao revisar os quartos para garantir comodidade em toda a estadia.Também não foi proposto nenhum desconto pela noite em q não dormi direito.
