Nous avons apprécié l'accueil, le check-in a pu se faire une heure à l'avance. La chambre était d'une propreté irréprochable, la literie parfaite, et le petit frigo indispensable. La moquette uniquement dans les couloirs pour l'insonorisation. Nous avons eu la bonne idée de dîner au restaurant de l'hotel, en terrasse. Le cocktail et la bière étaient délicieux, le service impeccable par un jeune homme fort charmant et attentionné. Nous avons très bien mangé. Notre chienne a été la bienvenue avec des petits cadeaux à son attention, cela est un point fort pour nous. Et pour finir, le petit déjeuner très complet et varié.
Le parking payant 15€, 20€ pour l'animal de compagnie (un peu cher), mais bon la tranquillité et la qualité se paient.

Die in kurzer Zeit eingetretene Entwicklung des Hotels ist wirklich gut. Das Personal ist aufmerksamer geworden. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert nun einwandfrei, was den Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer macht. Das reichhaltige Frühstück ist nach wie vor der Grund meines Besuchs.
Das Frühstücksbuffet zählt zwar zu den besten, die ich in BW erlebt habe, aber die Atmosphäre wirkt teilweise noch etwas hektisch. Es fehlt ein ruhigerer Blick über das Buffet.
Mein konkreter Hinweis: Bitte nicht ständig beim Essen fragen, ob Teller oder Besteck weggenommen werden können, und weniger hektisches Umherlaufen. Gäste sollten in Ruhe genießen können.
Das Wifi nutze ich nach einem möglichen Vorfall vor wenigen Wochen nicht mehr.

Zentrale Lage, gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Freundliche Mitarbeiter und sehr gute Auswahl bzw. Qualität des Frühstücks. Auch wichtig an den heißen Tagen, eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage auf dem Zimmer! Wenn es uns nochmal nach Frankfurt treibt, wäre es für uns erste Wahl.
Stöhnen auf hohem Niveau, die Betten waren uns zu weich. Ansonsten alles super.
