Arabian Courtyard Hotel & Spa

"I was very disappointed with my stay at the Arabian Courtyard. The biggest issue is the cleanliness—the carpets were filthy and the entire property feels like it’s in desperate need of a total revamp. Between the lack of hygiene and the dated decor, the rooms felt very claustrophobic and uncomfortable. While the breakfast was okay and provided a decent start to the day, it wasn't enough to make up for the poor state of the facilities. I wouldn't recommend staying here until they address these maintenance and cleaning concerns."

Stayed at this Hotel 12yrs ago, it was excellent!!! Went back a few days ago & it was disgusting!!!
We flew from Sydney to Dubai which is roughly a 24hr flight with already having 4hrs at Sydney Airport before leaving. We arrived at the Hotel around 6am & was told the Hotel was fully booked & there were no rooms until check in but maybe at 8am they might gave something but we would have to pay another night.
We were told we could sit in the Foyer with our luggage & sat there until 12.15pm when I went & asked about a room as no one had said anything to us…. but also no one checked out!!!!
Once we got to our room it smelled very musty but we had no choice! We had showers then went to sit by the Pool ( as we had been advised not to go very far)
We got talking to a lovely young couple who worked there & when we told them our story they said no, the Hotel hasn’t been busy for weeks but even more so since Sunday 28th Feb because of what had happened!!!! We were most disgusted to hear this & of the way we had been treated!!! The couple also told us that the week before as the Hotel was so empty that they were leaving all the room doors open to air the rooms.
Tha Staff are not very friendly or helpful, very different to our previous time there.
I can honestly say that we would never stay there again & if you’re thinking of it please….. think again!!!!

From rooms to restaurant, from cleanliness to hospitality, the experience was fantabulous. Desk officers Mr. Bilal and Ms. Rejoice, and entire staff personnel team of the hotel, a big salute to you all for the everything we experienced....

The hotel was great overall, but what really stood out was the reception staff. A. Bilal and M. Bilal were absolutely amazing—very helpful, friendly, and professional. Best service I’ve experienced.

This is the third time I have stayed in this hotel in recent years - and I love it! Above all, the location is perfect, right in the heart of the old city of Dubai, where you can walk on the streets and wander down through the souks, past the mosque and the temple, down to the Creek, where you can watch the wooden boats plying their trade back and forth - an unforgettable experience that I never tire of.

The hotel itself is first class, in the old fashioned style, perhaps a little faded, but built of real quality. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need, including a proper bath! The breakfasts are ample with plenty of variety. I have slept very well and comfortably.

Above all, the staff are wonderful - helpful, polite, respectful and accommodating. I would particularly mention the Reception team - Bilal, Mister Bilal, Parvati and Rejoice - lovely people and charming. Highly recommended.

The stay was really nice, from beginning to end Parvathy and bilal receptionist staff were very helpful.

It was great pleasure ro be in Arabian courtyard hotel room716. The receptionist Ms Manal was so courteous and helpful that i did not find that i am a guest rather as a family. The guidance on reception only about how to use lights washroom, air-conditioning laundry was best as though she was teaching in a class room to a child. Her hold on multiple languages especially English and Arabic is worth applause. I personally wish her best of luck as i have traveled a lot but experience here was unique. Wish her best of luck.

Im ved prakash i have 3 days of bookings. Also i have been book other hotel because of the staff and hotel location i have been extended in same hotel instead of going other jotel im very happy to stay in this hotel thank to arabian courtyard hotel and spa . And zeesgan and anusha we very kind in very good staff at this hotel i will definitely reference to my colleagues and family.

Staying at Arabian Courtyard. Great hotel in good location. Check in staff extremely friendly and helpful. Special mention for Bilal which was very polite and helpful when checking in.
Room very spacious and comfortable with great view over the Creek.

I have stayed here before and thoroughly recommend the hotel.

Would not recommend for the following reasons. No hot water. It might get luke warm if you let run for 15+ minutes. Furnishings worn out. The area rugs are filthy. Love antiques and period pieces, but we thought perhaps the hotel just does not have any money to invest and keep the rooms nice. Bedding and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. We liked the location. Staff at the front desk and breakfast courteous and helpful. We would not stay here again.

I recently visited Arabian Courtyard Hotel for the first time and it was an exceptional experience from the moment I arrived the hotel design, warm atmosphere and beautiful traditional style immediately made me feel welcomed and comfortable ,before even reaching the reception lady her name Menale, approached us with a warm smile and greeted us professionally she immediately arranged for the concierge team to assist us with our luggage, which was highly appreciated, after that she personally guided us to the reception and stayed with us throughout the check in process, she took the time to explain all the hotel facilities in detail from the restaurants to the spa and other services, and she even accompanied us to the elevator to make sure we had everything we needed her kindness professionalism and genuine care truly stood out and made our first impression unforgettable, I want to express my sincere appreciation to her and to the entire team at Arabian Courtyard Hotel for such wonderful hospitality.
Overall it was a great experience, and I will definitely visit this hotel again. Thank you for making our stay memorable

In general hotel is good. Housekeeping staff is good. Specially Mr. Irfan is excellent person there. However if he is no on duty, other staff at the reception is worst. First of all they won’t pick
Up any of the phone whether from room or from outside. It’s almost next to impossible to talk to reception at any given time which makes the whole experience very poor
