On y vient pour le cadre
Mais on y venait aussi pour son propriétaire châtelain, véritable chef d'orchestre de cet endroit surprenant. Ce qui rendait ce lieu unique, c'était l’accueil de ce personnage qui, à notre grande surprise, est toujours dans la place, animé par la même passion, même s'il n'est plus le maître des lieux et, semble-t-il, n'a plus les mêmes responsabilités. Nous avons été très heureux de le revoir, toujours enjoué, heureux dans cette maison familiale lui ayant appartenu et en parfaite harmonie avec le cadre . Il a perdu sa propriété, mais garde son rang, son élégance et sa gentillesse, une grande noblesse d'esprit, il reste un personnage haut en couleur en adequation avec cette demeure.
Entre la beauté du site, la tranquillité du lieu et la qualité de l'accueil, entre autres de ce châtelain aujourd'hui salarié, semble-t-il, dans son château ancestral, je conseille vivement un petit séjour dans cet endroit magique.
Le personnel au restaurant trop familier pour un restaurant semi gastronomique !! Le sommelier n’est pas du tout adapté à l’établissement !! A part la maître d’hôtel est au top mais les reste du personnel ne rentrent absolument pas dans le cadre !!
