Pros:

Hotelzimmer soweit okay, Frühstück war super.

Cons:

Um das Hotel, bezw. Die ganze Straße waren sehr viele Drogen und Alkohol abhängige Menschen, sehr viel Müll und es war sehr laut. Mitten in der Nacht fange Menschen zu schreien an.
Ich mit den drei Kindern, wäre ich nicht alleine vor die Tür gegangen. Vorallem nicht am Abend.

Die Lage vom Hotel ist Nicht Familienfreundliche auch wenn es nicht weit weg vom Bahnhof ist.

Pros:

Petit déjeuner buffet ok.

Cons:

L'emplacement est horrible, rue sale et mal fâmée. Par-ailleurs, sur Booking la photo de la facade est floutée et ne montre pas que l'hôtel est au dessus d'un sex shop !

ハンブルグ中央駅から歩いて近い。

Cons:

ただトルコ人街の中にあり女性だけで歩くのは抵抗があると思う。
朝食の食堂が狭く待ち時間があった。

Hotellet opfyldte de behov og forventninger vi havde.
Pros:

placering centralt ift hovedbanegården. Der var det, vi havde brug for. Der var rent og ordentligt. Gode senge.

Der var et problem med at åbne og låse døren til det ene værelse -- 203.

Zimmer war ok, FRühstück war gut.

Cons:

Organisation war etwas chaotisch und eine Antwort vom Hotel hat gefehlt. Somit musstenb wir vor Ort umbuchen zu 1 Zimmer inkl. Badezimmer.

Pros:

Die Betten waren bequem und sauber, das Badezimmer sauber, zuerst mit defektem Duschschlauch, das wurde aber sofort behoben. Es gab jeden Tag frische Handtücher und das Badezimmer wurde geputzt. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, es wurde immer nachgefüllt, der Frühstücksraum war ansprechend, das Personal sehr freundlich, auch das Reinigungsteam.

Cons:

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption schienen ungeschult, teils genervt, haben den Namen nicht verstanden und es sah erst so aus als hätte man kein Zimmer gebucht. Man sollte ja davon ausgehen können das man weiß welche Gäste am entsprechenden Tag erwartet werden.
Die Betten sind nie gemacht worden, gehört für mich auch bei der Zimmerreinigung dazu.

Cons:

Die Lage ist schrecklich. Man fühlt sich sehr unwohl dirt viele Drogenabhängige. Zimmer ist nicht wie auf Foto. Fernser geht nicht. Kaputte Steckdose und kaputter Schrank. Saffe funktioniert auch nicht. Bad ist nicht ordentlich geputzt, Wände und Bad Heizung dreckig.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem Drogen- und kriminellen Mileu. Vor der Tür des Hotels hielten sich Prostituierte und Drogensüchtige auf. Teilweise lagen die Drogensüchtigen auf dem Bürgersteig. Der Aufenthalt wurde aus diesen Gründen nicht angetreten. Bezahlt werden musste dennoch.
