Das es ziemlich zentral lag.
Frühstück war ok.

Cons:

Die zimmerbilder haben nichts mit der Realität zu tun. Zimmer total abgeranzt. Keine Ausstattung!
Gammeliger Teppichboden. Sobald man das Haus verlässt, ist man von Drogen, Alkohol und Prostitution umzingelt. Kein 2 tes mal...

nichts! Wir kennen die Lage wer es nicht mag im Muslimischen / Fabigen Viertel zu wohnen sollte hier nicht buchen

Günstiges Hotel in schlechter Lage mit ordentlichem Frühstück
Pros:

Freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstück für den günstigen Preis angemessen.
Es wurde beim Frühstück leere Schüsseln umgehend aufgefüllt.

Cons:

Lage des Hotels im Viertel St. Georg.
Zimmer allgemein renovierungsbedürftig und abgewohnt.
Teilweise Schimmel im Bad.
Die Bilder suggerieren einen besseren Zustand wie es in Wirklichkeit ist.
Oftmals laute Umgebungsgeräusche vor allem in der Nacht und sehr unangenehme Gerüchte im Hotel und auf der Straße.
Defekte Lampen im Bad und fehlende Nachttischlampe an einem Bett.
Das Hotel hat keinesfalls 3 Sterne verdient.

Zimmer nicht zu empfehlen
Cons:

Das Zimmer war unsauber. Es gab keine Nachttischlampen, für ältere Leute ungünstig, wenn man nachts mehrmals zur Toilette muss.
Die Dusche war schmutzig, in den Ecken mit Schimmel.

Очень удобное расположение. Хороший завтрак.

Cons:

В номере не было кондиционера. Район не самый благополучный ( очень много асоциальных персон, вокруг отеля грязно и неприятные запахи ( в самом отеле не ощущались)

Das Hotel lag zum Bahnhof und öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sehr gut. Das Zimmer war in einem ruhigen Zustand. Das Frühstücks Büfett war echt gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht geräumig. Nachttisch Lampe und Fernseher waren defekt und wurden auf bitte nicht ausgetauscht bzw. repariert.

Nicht noch einmal.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
20 Gehminuten zur Speicherstadt, gute Bus-und U-Bahn Anbindung.
Matratze bequem, Bettzeug sauber.

Cons:

Umgebung des Hotels schmutzig. Das Hotelzimmer war sehr dunkel, Möbel alt und der Teppichboden sah schmutzig aus, obwohl gesaugt war. Keine Ähnlichkeit mit den Fotos des Hotels. Fenster ging zu einem kleinen Lichtschacht ohne Aussicht.
Eingang wurde über Anlage geöffnet, allerdings musste man bei Piepton in 0,5 Sek. am Griff ziehen, sonst ging die Tür nicht auf .

Für unseren Zweck wars Ok.
Pros:

Frühstück war super, wurde immer aufgefüllt. Man war schnell am Bahnhof.

Cons:

Aufzug nur bis zur Etage 4, nicht bis in den 5. Stock. Defekte Dekenlampe (Glühbirne) wurde auf unsere Bitte nicht getauscht.
