Die Lage ist in der Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof.
Erreichbarkeit.

Cons:

Die Lage ist aber nicht geeignet für Familie mit Kinder, da neben dem Eingang Sex/kinoladen sowie ganze Straße mit Drogenabhängigen Menschen. Sehr unangenehmn und gefährlich mit Kindern zu laufen.
Das Zimmer ist ein wenig eng.

Emplacement déstabilisant mais hôtel accueillant avec bon buffet de petit déjeuner.
Pros:

Le buffet du petit déjeuner et la capacité des chambres pour notre famille. Nous avions une chambre côté cour, très au calme.

Cons:

La localisation de l’hôtel n’est pas vraiment recommandable (personnes alcoolisées voire plus dans les rues en soirée). Pour autant le lendemain matin ce n’était plus pareil.

ニーズへの柔軟な対応が不可なところ。
事前決済をしたが、会社のカードで支払う必要から、値段を上げても現地決済にしてほしいと伝えたが、メッセージを無視された。（ブッキングドットコムからも連絡してもらったが、解決できなかった）
また、部屋の鍵が壊れており、外からロックできない（オートロックが無効）状態だったため、修理または、部屋の交換を依頼したが、追加の料金を取る旨いわれた。

Esta ubicado muy cerca de la estación central de trenes. hay muchos servicios cerca. lo mejor es la ubicación . tambien tienen servicio de custodia gratuito

el sector es algo peligroso en la noche. no tiene aire acondicionado pero si un ventilador que nos ayudo a pasar el calor. El personal debería ser mas amable

Overall, our stay was very disappointing. We booked accommodation for four people, but were given one double room and one single room. At the hotel, we had to pay an additional €60 to accommodate all four family members. We felt misled about the actual price.

The location is completely unsuitable for families with children. The hotel is situated in the red-light district, surrounded by sex shops and people openly offering drugs. After dark, the area feels especially unpleasant and unsafe, and the streets are extremely dirty.

The hotel itself is old, stuffy and uncomfortable. I definitely would not recommend it for a family stay.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Dafür kann das Hotel zwar nichts, aber der Weg vom Bahnhof bis zum hotel ist die reinste Hölle. Was da alles rum läuft, dem möchte man in Traum nicht begegnen.
