This hotel should be condemned until they fix the portion that is falling off

The staff were very nice and the view was good

Cons:

The room was extremely dangerous. The floor was caving in by the window and ready to fall through. The bed smelled like dog pee. The people above us were super loud.

The ocean view was nice, check-in was easy, basic amenities provided, lots of outlets for charging devices

Cons:

Not nearly enough lighting for nighttime. Pillows were kind of uncomfortable and the bedding kept slipping off even with the elastic attachments. The closet was just a rack out in the open, no enclosed space. Windows were hard to open too

A Gem and a throwback to old school California.
Pros:

Terrific location! Walking distance to Pacifica Beach. Take the trail to Aramai Point on the way. If you're here, you must visit the most beautiful Taco Bell. In the opposite direction take the trail to Labyrinth and Mori Point. Come down the stairs to the trailhead.
Friendly reception staff!!

Cons:

For mom, dad, and our two teens. We had the QUEEN-QUEEN-SOFABED room.
I recommend having a small dining table with chairs. It is a large space and it needs a gather area if the sofa bed is in use.
There is no in room safe.
Neither pro nor con: the floors are laminate, not carpet.
The wi-fi is weak on the 3rd floor in our room. The signal from the Fairfield Marriott was better. There's a access point on the 2nd floor and it's super strong next to it.
