Clients depuis de nombreuses années, déçus quant à l'accueil reçu.
Pros:

Petit déjeuner correct.

Cons:

L'accueil à la réception était à la limite de l'impolitesse.La chambre que nous avions réservé via Booking était une chambre de luxe , nous en faisons part à la réception qui nous avait accordé une chambre inférieure en connaissance de cause.Aucune excuse de sa part et une réponse grossière.
