Incredibly disappointing.
Pros:

Location was ok, but the apartment was actually across the street from the “resort”, not very convenient to get to

Cons:

The wifi didn’t work and it was clear that it never did, they tried to pretend that it was some kind of technical glitch but obviously the wifi wouldn’t work then the location was miles away from the actual resort. This meant the TV didn’t work, they admitted this was common and people often had to screen mirror from phones using their own internet. Aircon didn’t work either in the bedrooms or the main room and it was dangerously hot for our baby. The staff had no idea what was going on with anything. They told us “no that’s never happened the whole time I’ve worked here” and patronised us but then when we asked how long they had worked there it was only two months. The manager kept sending messages through the staff but would never speak to us. The staff said it would be basically impossible to get transport to the airport with car seats but we found our own within minutes once we connected to some other wifi as we couldn’t use theirs. Apartment was dated, there were no plugs in the bedrooms and dangerous lamps hanging over the bed with no light bulbs but electricity running through them. The whole place was an accident waiting to happen. Would absolutely never stay there again, certainly not with a family. Way over priced compared to other accomodation we had in the area.

Location and rooms can match any 5 star standard hotel stay
Pros:

The location was great, the rooms were 5 star like, was very nice rooms , and the lady that was checking us out restored my faith in your hotel reception staff, very welcoming personality.

Cons:

The man at the front desk, seemed like he was just going through the motions, of getting me checked in, it was like he didn’t want to be on the front desk., I was employed at the Sydney Hilton hotel for 10 years, that man should know this rules, the first person a guest meets, set the standard for the rest of there stay.

Very, very poor
Pros:

Location but nothing else.

Cons:

Staff where short and not helpful, our room smelt really bad and they didn't offer us another room or the refund we asked for, they did cover our breakfast fees as compensation for the smelly room. Bed was so uncomfortable and rooms where so noisy we could hear everyone around us, walls must be paper thin, room had no windows for ventilation. Young bloke looking after breakfast was very unenthusiastic and couldn't get our order right even on day 3 after ordering the same thing exactly each day. They took our towels on the second day but didn't replace them, we mentioned the soap was empty but they didn't replace it, when I went and asked for some soap they said they didn't have access to it. Air-conditioning was very noisy and we had to turn it off to sleep.

Cons:

Wifi was no good. While streaming on tv it would “buffer” multiple times.
