The photos of the family rooms are misleading as there are 2 types of family rooms which is not mentioned . There were 3 adults in our party and we thought we had a room with a separate double bedroom but we had a room with everyone in the 1 room.
When we checked in and explained this to reception the staff member was not helpful.
Spoke to a different staff member the following morning who was much more helpful and managed to change our room

Uber Sehr zuverlässig

Cons:

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen und müsste renoviert werden. Betten alle durchgelegen, Zimmer wurde in den 3 Nächten nicht einmal gereinigt. Badezimmer sehr klein, keine wirkliche Ablagefläche
Nachts konnte das Zimmer nicht richtig abgedunkelt werden. Sehr hellhörig.
Geschirr verdreckt.
Sehr schade, nicht zu empfehlen.

Stay was good ,could have better fry pan or maybe two fry pans in different sizes would help out when u have 6 in the 3
Pros:

3 br apartment was spacious clean and comfortable

Cons:

Top floor location not great for young kids or trying to get the large pram up the amount of stairs , pool area could do with a clean up

The stay was comfortable and nice, would book again. However, the place is a bit old and rundown.
Pros:

The place was nice and clean. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room had all the amenities we needed and I would book a stay here again. The location was a bit out of the CBD, but very easy to bus or take an Uber anywhere.

Cons:

The place is a bit outdated and could use a bit more maintenance in care. The laundry area was not the best and the hangers they had were all broken. There were some cockroaches that were in the room we had.

Comfortable, spacious & good location for us.
Pros:

Size of the one bed suit, quirky layout of the low rise complex.

Cons:

Dated interior and minor maintenance issues. Ceiling fan didn’t work in living room, used aircon. Small patch of wall and skirting board in bedroom needing attention.

The location.

Cons:

The fact that the accommodation doesn't own all the apartments and therefore don't have any authority over the entire vicinity.
We stayed on the ground floor and the tenants staying directly above us were drunk and being very rowdy, they were loud, shouting and swearing at one another and started fighting and this went on a few hours, we tried to contact reception but no one picked up. So, we then called the police, they sorted it and the people settled but still it was the worst experience ever staying there.

Very good accommodation - value for money, no fancy touches but for the price , perfect
Pros:

very good location, basic standard of accommodation with responsive staff when there was an issue.

Cons:

In the family room aircon was only in the separate bedroom so those sleeping in the main room got pretty warm

They did allow late checkout.

Cons:

We arrived late but it was very quiet where the hotel is,no cafes, hotel Bistros to order.
