Cons:

Jonathan, the manager was not so kind. He told me to look away from his screen when I was just trying to tell him the name of my company for the invoice. "If I go to your office you would not like to see me watching your screen". Breakfast is not good. service at the beach can be better.

Cons:

there are plenty of sunbeds ar the beach but only very few umbrellas, so you have no shade. Beach "closes" at 5 already, and they take away the sunbeds

Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, cerca de restaurantes, comercios y muy cerca del mar.

Cons:

En las noches se siente mucho ruido en la habitación. Tal vez las ventanas requieren insonorización. También el aire acondicionado es bastante ruidoso.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente. Pleno palm beach, llegas de la playa te bañas y salis caminando a cenar o tomar algo. Personal super atento siempre. Servicio de playa y reposeras para llevar si es que vas a otra playa. Habitacion amplia comoda y moderna. Estacionamiento. Todo perfecto

Hotel was not bad, but at same time didn't impress except for the amazing staff.
Pros:

Staff was amazing, helpful, friendly and accommodating. They made our stay very enjoyable and should be highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time and would stay again! Ashanti was great!!!
Pros:

Staff were amazing, friendly and attentive. I love the golf cart ride to the beach. Loved the swim up bar with the pool.

"Maravilhosa!"
Pros:

A localização é excelente, perto de tudo, bares animados, restaurantes e da praia. Equipe bem cordial!

Cons:

O café da manhã oferecido no hotel é pago e o local onde é servido não é adequado, além da demora da equipe em prepará-lo. Melhor tomar café da manhã nos bares da redondeza, pois todos eles oferecem, com mais opções no menu e até mesmo com preços mais acessíveis.
