Hotel was not bad, but at same time didn't impress except for the amazing staff.
Pros:

Staff was amazing, helpful, friendly and accommodating. They made our stay very enjoyable and should be highly recommended.

Cons:

I know facility was recently renovated, but still seemed a bit "aged"

We had a wonderful time and would stay again! Ashanti was great!!!

Staff were amazing, friendly and attentive. I love the golf cart ride to the beach. Loved the swim up bar with the pool.

"Maravilhosa!"
Pros:

A localização é excelente, perto de tudo, bares animados, restaurantes e da praia. Equipe bem cordial!

Cons:

O café da manhã oferecido no hotel é pago e o local onde é servido não é adequado, além da demora da equipe em prepará-lo. Melhor tomar café da manhã nos bares da redondeza, pois todos eles oferecem, com mais opções no menu e até mesmo com preços mais acessíveis.

Me gusto la ubicación, el personal súper simpático y dispuesto; la habitación estaba muy bien; reciclada a nuevo. Muy limpio, con cafetera y heladera.

Excelente atención del personal
Pros:

La atención del personal fue increíble,fueron muy amables y solucionaron el inconveniente que tuvimos con el aire acondicionado, nos cambiaron a una habitación más tranquila, y nos compensaron ofreciéndonos desayunos durante nuestra estadía .
Ofrecen facilidad para transportarse a la playa, cuentan con playa privada.
Además ofrecen actividades dentro del hotel.
Nos encantó, regresaríamos.

Cons:

Solo la primera noche por el ruido fuerte del aire acondicionado pero lo solucionaron al instante.
