Me gusto la ubicación, el personal súper simpático y dispuesto; la habitación estaba muy bien; reciclada a nuevo. Muy limpio, con cafetera y heladera.

Excelente atención del personal
Pros:

La atención del personal fue increíble,fueron muy amables y solucionaron el inconveniente que tuvimos con el aire acondicionado, nos cambiaron a una habitación más tranquila, y nos compensaron ofreciéndonos desayunos durante nuestra estadía .
Ofrecen facilidad para transportarse a la playa, cuentan con playa privada.
Además ofrecen actividades dentro del hotel.
Nos encantó, regresaríamos.

Cons:

Solo la primera noche por el ruido fuerte del aire acondicionado pero lo solucionaron al instante.

Wonderful place to stay
Pros:

The location was perfect. It was in the middle of everything. Easy walking access to shops and restaurants. The beach was across the street from the hotel. The staff even drove us over to the beach with their golf cart. The staff was really nice and helpful with recommendations.

Cons:

We had to use our streaming service in order to watch TV, but we didn’t stay in the room much so it wasn’t too bad.

Cons:

First of all, the hotel we stayed in was really old. We were promised a greeting with champagne when we arrived at the doors but there was none. When we walked into the room there was so much noise from the air conditioner and the humidifier. The air conditioner was by the bed which as a result we could not sleep and when we covered it with the pillows, it got really hot. The second night was a disaster for us because we rearranged the room and we actually turned off the humidifier so we can get some sleep. The bathroom door didn’t close properly- there was a space from the door and with 2 teenage boys that was uncomfortable to take a shower.  Lastly but most important, the white towels forgot when they were white…that’s disgusting!
