Pros:

Tudo! Localização perfeita e mesmo a poucos passos da praia, o hotel oferece carona com carrinho de golfe para evitar ter que andar. Piscina ótima, funcionários super educados e falam diversos idiomas fluentemente (inglês e espanhol sempre). Quarto excelente, banheiro excelente, cama excelente. Estacionamento gratuito no hotel. Toalhas para passar o dia. Tudo perfeito! Informei que era aniversário de casamento na reserva e deixaram o quarto com arrumação especial e nos deram um champanhe de cortesia.

Nada, foi tudo excelente!

Pros:

Localização perfeita, no melhor local de Aruba, próximo a praia e restaurantes. Quarto amplo e confortável. Funcionarios atenciosos. Ótimo chuveiro. Bom serviço de praia e piscina.

The hotel was in a great location. Close to restaurants, nightclubs, the beach, and shops. It was great.

Cons:

It would be nice if they had free coffee during the day. I think they could keep the pool area more cleaner, and the pool cleaner.

Perfect location right on the strip. The STAFF the best I've ever came across, from X, to Kelly, Jose,Priscilla, Cleaning STAFF. They make you feel like they've known you for years, very helpful and they give some good recommendations from entertainment, meals and spots. Please come and stay here for your next trip.

Portable safe.
Pros:

The location, the cleanliness of the hotel and most of all the staff.

Cons:

The fact that the in-room safe was not bolted down to a fix base. The safe was just place in a bottom draw of a dresser. It should have been bolted down to a fixed structure.
