Excelente ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación es insuperable, es un hotel muy moderno, y la relación calidad precio es muy buena.

Cons:

Wonderful place to stay
Pros:

The location was perfect. It was in the middle of everything. Easy walking access to shops and restaurants. The beach was across the street from the hotel. The staff even drove us over to the beach with their golf cart. The staff was really nice and helpful with recommendations.

Cons:

We had to use our streaming service in order to watch TV, but we didn’t stay in the room much so it wasn’t too bad.

First of all, the hotel we stayed in was really old. We were promised a greeting with champagne when we arrived at the doors but there was none. When we walked into the room there was so much noise from the air conditioner and the humidifier. The air conditioner was by the bed which as a result we could not sleep and when we covered it with the pillows, it got really hot. The second night was a disaster for us because we rearranged the room and we actually turned off the humidifier so we can get some sleep. The bathroom door didn’t close properly- there was a space from the door and with 2 teenage boys that was uncomfortable to take a shower.  Lastly but most important, the white towels forgot when they were white…that’s disgusting!

Very nice stay and staff was very helpful.
Pros:

The hotel was quiet and the location is everything.

Cons:

Property itself wasn't bad if you're looking for middle ground. Not high end and not low end. One month later and I'm still waiting for the $100 holding fee to be sent back to my account though.

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, uitstappen werden correct gepland en op korte termijn geboekt voor mij. De kamers werden proper gehouden op dagelijkse basis. Communatie verliep vlot en problemen werden snel opgelost.

Cons:

De accommodatie is dringend aan vernieuwing toe. Zo viel de Airco in panne gedurende mijn verblijf. Dit werd opgelost maar deze werd onmogelijk te regelen gezien de afstandsbediening weggenomen werd om verdere schade aan het systeem te voorkomen werd me verteld. Echter 18 graden in de kamer tegenover 30 buiten is een te groot verschil. Ik heb ter compensatie een andere kamer gekregen met extra ontbijt erbovenop. Dus goed afgelopen.

Pros:

Location perfect to a variety of restaurants, bars, and Palm Beach. We had no trouble securing beach chairs and umbrella

Cons:

Sounds simple but the bedding was gray supposed to be white. Same with the towels and wash clothes. For this price point cleaning staff should not be stocking rooms with linens I would not use on a dog. The room itself was very clean. So this was a small let down

Awesome stay in Aruba
Pros:

Incredible personel, everyone was so nice and helpful. We had a problem with a tourist agency and they took all the time possible to solve it and work with us through it. They were genuinely great. The hotels location is amazing. Not right by the beach but super nearby, and also near many restaurants and amenities. The room itself was beautiful.

Cons:

The beach area is too small.
