Pros:

Quiet hallway no kids running or people yelling

Cons:

The 1st floor reeked of dog urine. Towels were stained and 1 of the pillows also had a stain. Beds are small.

I Won’t be Staying at this location ever again. It having roaches is a sanitation issue that is a serious matter.

Nothing. The Hotel was Dirty and my First room they gave me was roach infested .

Cons:

The First room (412) I was given had roaches . And the Staff at the front desk at night was very rude. I immediately went down and addressed the roach issue and that I wanted to switch rooms and be put on a different floor and she Tried saying the best she could do was put me in the room right next to the infested one. After telling her I don’t want to be on that floor at all she told me it was an upcharge to switch my rooms even with the sanitary issue in the initial room I was given. I shouldn’t of had to pay at all for a different room let alone it shouldn’t have been an issue for me to be moved to a different floor
