Perfekte Lage für meinen Besuch in Berlin. Viele ausgezeichnete Restaurants in der Nähe. Gut mit Öffis zu erreichen. E-scooter-Parkplatz in der Nähe.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind gut, modern aber mitgenommen. Das Wifi ist nicht brauchbar. Die Klimaanlage muss unbedingt gereinigt werden.

Pros:

Skvělá poloha hotelu. Všude kousek. Parkovací dům poblíž.

Cons:

Postele velmi proleželé k jedné straně, byli jsme úplně rozlamaný.
Pokoj nebyl perfektně čistý. Okna velmi stará, netěsnící, špatně jdou otevírat. Vchodové dveře do pokoje měli obrovskou škvíru.
Při check in nám bylo nabídnuto, že si můžeme kdykoliv dokoupit snídani za 12 euro na osobu a den. Tak jsme si řekli, že si poslední den před odjezdem dáme snídani, aby se lépe jelo. Byli jsme den předem na recepci se na to zeptat, bylo nám řečeno, že to není problém a že můžeme zaplatit až ráno u snídaně. Ráno jsme přišli na snídani a recepční (pán v pokročilém věku) po nás požadoval 17 euro, tak jsem u řekl. že nám bylo řečeno 12 euro. A on na to, že jsme hosté přes booking a že máme přirážku. Kdyby jsme si bývali koupili pobyt přímo od nich, tak je to levnější. Přitom nám den předem řekli, že je to za 12 euro a že je i varianta, že můžou přijít lidé z ulice a koupit si snídani. Tak jsem recepčnímu řekl, ať nám teda snídani nepíše na pokoj, ale jako hostům z ulice. Na to mi řekl, že jsme přes booking a že prostě 17 euro. Tak jsme odjížděli zklamaní a bez snídaně.

Room size, the location, breakfast was ok, reception tried to be helpful and were friendly

Cons:

Bed was too soft (or the mattresses already need for a replacement). I was told that if I need a minibar they could arrange it, i told that I would really appreciate one. They didn't bring the minibar and even when they saw it in my reservation, I got the impression from the reception that they don't even have those, so why ask and why tell that I could have one if they don't even have it. And they left me complimentary bubbly water and ice tea to the room. I told them that warm ice tea is kind of pointless. Coffee wasn't really good at the breakfast (as a Coffee lover it is important but probably not for everyone)
