Personel hotelu jest wyjątkowo miły i uprzejmy. Pokój był czysty, pościel świeża. Późne zameldowanie bez dodatkowych opłat. Jestem bardzo zadowolona.

Mehr Schein als Sein.
Cons:

Für uns hatte das Zimmer keine 4-Sterne verdient. Die Sauberkeit lies zu Wünschen übrig und schadhafte Stellen am Türrahmen und/oder Schrank wurden sporadisch übergepinselt. Auch ein Duschvorhang als Duschabtrennung, welche das Ganze Badezimmer Unterwasser gesetzt hat, hat uns eher enttäuscht als gefreut. Im Großen und Ganzen war das Zimmer mehr Schein als Sein und das für ein 'Luxus-Doppelzimmer'.

U-Bahn-Station gut fußläufig erreichbar.
In der Straße ist es ruhig.
Das Personal an der Rezeption freundlich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war viel zu klein für diesen Preis. Ja, es war Wochenende. Ja, wir waren nur eine Nacht da.
Aber man hatte das Gefühl, mit den Beinen im Schrank zu schlafen.
Deshalb war der Preis viel zu hoch.

the hotel is in an excellent location. it is extremely clean and tidy. the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is well equipped. in the vicinity, countless bars, clubs, bars, restaurants, boutiques, bookstores, a huge food store....metro 3 minutes from the hotel, buses too. in 10 minutes by bus you reach the huge Tiergarten park which is beautiful. open market 5 minutes from the hotel.

Pros:

Le lit était confortable, la chambre magnifique et la salle de bain également.

Cons:

Nous avons eu un soucis d'eau chaude et de débit d'eau, la personne est venue dans notre chambre et nous a indiqué qu'il fallait la laisser couler en abondance.... et il est parti alors quelle n'était pas chaude. Ensuite, elle est redevenue froide. un technicien est venue 30 min après, nous ne l'avons pas vu et à notre retour, et le problème n'était quasiment pas réglé il fallait laisser l'eau couler 5 min pour quelle devienne chaude et le débit n'était pas satisfaisant. Nous l'avons signalé mais rien n'a été fait, ni un geste, ni rien du tout. Nous ne recommanderons pas l'hôtel, ni ne reviendrons dans ces conditions.

Pros:

Hotel se nachází v centru Berlína, jen pár minut chůze od metra, takže pro cestování je svoj polohou ideální. Zároveň je ale v boční ulici, takže na hotelu i v okolí je klid, díky tomu a pohodlné posteli jsme se velmi dobře vyspali. Snídaně byla sice skromná, ale dobrá.

Cons:

Za takovou cenu, jakou jsme za hotel zaplatili, bychom očekávali trošku vyšší poměr kvality a ceny. Po příjezdu byla v koupelně špatně umytá podlaha, všude na zemi byly kapky, jako by po předchozích hostech nikdo podlahu ani nevytřel. Připojení k internetu bylo velmi pomalé, na telefonu ani notebooku se nedalo bohužel vůbec pracovat.
