Pros:

Love the creek it was so relaxing and the location was great! Walking distance from all the attractions

Cons:

Only complaint was there isn't a microwave in the room other than that I would definitely stay at this hotel again

Quick trip and loved the location and accommodations.
Pros:

Beautiful property and staff was great. Very clean rooms.

Cons:

Stayed in the Heirloom suite and while it was very clean and comfortable, the AC in the bedroom was very loud and disruptive. We only were there 2 nights and didn’t have on the first night. Also the view was partially looking at behind of the accommodations across the river, and would have been nice to have known that when deciding on room. For the price of the room, wish the view would have been a little different. Overall amazing experience.

Pros:

Matthew the innkeeper was so helpful. Listening to the river at night was amazing and so relaxing. The soaking tub was also wonderful and stayed hot the whole time. Beds were super comfortable and breakfast was delicious.

Pros:

I was met as I pulled in, greeted by name, guided to my parking space next to our room and oriented to amenities! Our stay was private in a beautiful location - it doesn't get any better! we'll be back!

Location was great. Staff was awesome.

Mooie plek, uitstekend ontbijt (maar dat mag vroeger)
Pros:

Mooie lokatie aan het water, buiten de gekte van Gatlinburg en Pigeon Forge. Kamer met balkon! En een uitstekend ontbijt in het naastgelegen restaurant. Het eten daar is ook geweldig goed!

Cons:

Omdat we de eerste dag wilden hiken vertrekken we vroeg, om 7:00 (anders is er geen parkeerplek meer te krijgen) - je kunt echter niet eerder ontbijten dan 8:00. Onhandig!
De innkeeper beloofde dat het ontbijt dan ‘s middags op onze kamer zou staan, als lunch en we konden bij hem het ontbijt bestellen. En we hebben bij hem een tafel in het naastgelegen restaurant gereserveerd. Helaas ging beide mis: geen ontbijt/lunch én geen tafeltje… Complimenten aan het restaurant die dat top heeft opgelost en een tafel buiten op de patio klaarmaakte!

Beautiful, clean and comfortable hotel. Terrific setting on the river too!
Pros:

Room was beautiful, comfortable, and the view from the terrace of the river was incredible. All staff members were so kind and professional. Breakfast was so delicious and the restaurant was beautiful too

Lovely stay! Great location! Attentive and friendly inn keepers!
Pros:

We enjoyed the view of the river, the ability to walk to downtown Gatlinburg, the comfortable bed and the property’s restaurant. The designated parking spot was very convenient.

Cons:

Traffic was a little noisy.
