Familienfreundliches Hotel in toller, naturnaher Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist für Naturliebhaber und Wanderer wirklich toll. Das Hotel eignet sich vor allem für Familien mit Kindern. Die Suiten mit Meerblick und direktem Poolzugang haben einen kleinen Garten, der uns sehr gut gefallen hat.

Cons:

Als wir nachts ankamen, mussten wir feststellen, dass unser Zimmer einen starken Geruch nach Schimmel verströmte. Ein Zimmerwechsel war unmöglich, sodass wir noch nachts ein anderes Hotel für die erste Nacht buchen mussten.
Ab der zweiten Nacht hatten wir dann aber ein gutes Zimmer und haben auch eine kleine Entschädigung erhalten.

Tolle Suite mit Meerblick
Pros:

Ab Tag 4 waren wir in einer Suite - es war toll, einen eigenen Garten mit Meerblick zu haben. Auch der direkte Zugang zum Pool war super. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Zudem war es hier deutlich ruhiger - von der abendlichen Animation hat man hier nichts gehört.
Das Upgrade zur Suite haben wir erhalten, nachdem wir uns über die Lautstärke unseres Zimmers beschwert hatten. Darauf wurde zügig und freundlich reagiert. Es lohnt sich, hier tiefer in die Tasche zu greifen, um einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen zu können.

Cons:

Wir wussten nicht, dass es quasi ein Familienhotel ist. Vor unserem Umzug in eine Suite waren wir im etwas günstigeren Bereich des Hotels, in dem hauptsächlich Familien mit Kindern waren: der Spielplatz mit Hüpfburg lag direkt neben unserem Zimmer. Wir haben die laut spielenden Kinder selbst auf der Toilette gehört, was sehr anstrengenden war. Zudem wussten wir nicht, dass jeden Abend bis halb 11, 11 extrem laute Animation im Außenbereich stattfindet. Diese war so laut, dass man sie selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster laut hören konnte.
Wir waren uns nach vorheriger Informationsbeschaffung nicht darüber im Klaren, dass uns das erwartet. Für Paare ohne Kinder nicht zu empfehlen!

Ferien an einem tollen Ort
Pros:

Der Ort ist wunderschön. Ein Naturschutzgebiet, welches auch sehr toll ist zu erkunden. Wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer.
Das Essen im Hotel Zafiro war sehr fein, fast alles frisch zubereitet. Es war sehr sauber. Die Angestellten an der Reception sehr freundlich. Es gab jeden Abend eine Unterhaltungsshow für Kinder und Erwachsene. Wir konnten gratis Raqets zum Tennisspielen mieten..

Cons:

In einem Teil des Aussenbereichs des Pools gab es ein unerträglicher Geruch nach Schwefel, so dass wir diesen Teil gar nie nutzen konnten.
Die Hotelzimmer sind enorm ringhörig, das war zum Teil schwierig in der Nacht, da wir alle Autos etc. hörten und uns weckten.

Pros:

El personal fue super amable, tanto en recepción como socorristas y restaurantes. Está al lado de la cala que es preciosa.

Cons:

La calidad de la comida del buffet es mejorable, aunque hay mucha variedad. Los desayunos muy bien.

Die Lage, das Personal , das Essen ist wirklich top.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer neben der Hauptbühne und das war wirklich wirklich laut, den ganzen Tag bis ca 23 Uhr. Das ist nicht so erholsam.
Preisleistung finde ich nicht gerechtfertigt- das Zimmer ist für die Ausstattung und Größe zu teuer und einfach zu laut.

Pros:

Wir bekamen ein kostenloses Upgrade und hatten vom Penthouse aus einen traumhaften Blick auf das Naturschutzgebiet gegenüber und auf die Bucht und das Meer. Der Strand war in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Cons:

Das Abendbuffet hat uns leider nicht überzeugt.
