Expensive but convenient.
Pros:

No breakfast. Pricey. Had to pay to park. Only good was convenient to UAB hospital. And the front desk was pleasant. One morning I did go into café and the three ladies working in there were quite pleasant. Even though I had to pay $6.50 for a small bottle of orange juice. Ridiculous. But they did give me a banana because they couldn't sell it the way it was.

Cons:

A continental breakfast for what the room cost each night. A little less profit on bottled juice! Cheaper parking arrangements! Cheaper nightly rates or a discount for seniors.

Surpassed expectations.
Pros:

I was there for a medical procedure, so the locatiion was perfect. We walked to the hospital with ease. Using valet parking was a blessing.f We didn't eat breakfast so that's N/A

Cons:

No microwave in the room. I slept wonderfully well through the night. My daughter said the helicopters and sirens kept her awake, but, after all, we were literally connected to a medical facility. Duh!
