部屋は綺麗。チェックイン時に朝食をつけようとしたら時間帯によっては満員のところがあり、結局食べられなかったのは残念😢

ホテル内に併設されている中華料理屋さんも美味しいし、居酒屋、食事グルメであれば基本的に困る事はないと思います。

会合があって初めて利用させて頂きました。
中央通り沿いにある為、食事の場所には困らない立地です。
朝食会場は最上階にある為、見晴らしも良く長野の美味しい食べ物もふんだんなビュッフェだったのでお勧めします。

バイキングの質が高く、朝からとても楽しめました。

海外旅行で何度も利用しているJAL。
そのJALがまるで機内のようなおもてなしと食事、客室で旅行気分を誘ってくれるホテルです。

今回は15階のハイフロアー・シングルを利用しましたが、客室はセンス良く高級感があり、ベッドはダブルサイズで、ソファとテーブルもあり、ゆっくりくつろぐことができました。
TVはREGZAで、Wi-Fiもバッチリ繋がり、大画面でYouTubeもたっぷり楽しめました。
冷蔵庫には軽井沢ビール、リンゴジュース、お茶、水があり、なんと全て無料でした。
アメニティもレディースプランさながらに充実していました。

機内食と同様にホテルの朝食は旅の楽しみの一つです。朝食は16階の眺望の良いガラス張りのレストラン。和食洋食ともとてもメニューが豊富で、配膳も綺麗で気分が盛り上がりました。
