All employees I interacted with were awesome
Pros:

Atmosphere awesome Coffee maker wasn’t it restroom, well lit and staffing was remarkable will stay there again next time I visit my son 5 starts in everything indoors pool and whirlpool was great

It was a quick overnight stay. Nice to have the shuttle to the airport.

My husband had the breakfast. He really enjoyed it. There was a variety o to choose from. The food temp was great.

Cons:

Sheers in the window would vive pri acy when the curtains are ope. Some door stops are very long and cpuld eadily ne replaced.

Very comfortable and although it is near the airport, you are minutes from places in NWA. The bed was great and I slept very well.

Cons:

The only minor thing was while we were in our room, the commode flushing handle did not work. This was very minor.

Stay was great, staff was phenomenal! Would recommend anyone stay there!
Pros:

Facility was clean, staff was friendly and always answered our questions! Enjoyed our stay and made the few days we stayed feel like we were valued! We loved the night ladies, and the gentleman up front in the afternoon! Very informative and always willing to go above and beyond. Made our first few days of our move great!

Cons:

The only thing we noticed was the room felt humid (3rd floor) but they gave us a fan to help cut the humidity and they offered us a first floor room, which we declined. But they gave us a fan and it helped immensely with the humidity in the room!

Pros:

The staff was amazing and very helpful. We had a last minute change to our travels and the shuttle and front desk were amazing in getting us to the airport last minute.
