Phi Hotel Sighientu

Our letdown: intermittent wifi connection. The resort hosted a large group of children staying for the regional sports event, making us unable to rest properly due to the noise from this large group. There is dust on top of the door and shelves. Some furniture outside was broken. On the positive notes, the staff were gentle and tried to support us with our complaints about the noise. The breakfast was great, and the garden and swimming pool were well-maintained. There's lots of potential in this resort, unfortunately, not enough effort and paying attention to details could have easily made it a 5-star resort.

Everything about the resort (rooms, decorations and more) was beautiful. The staff was outstanding! Gorgeous property including the grounds, pool and beach. Very good food. We can't wait to go back!

Excellent servie when we arrrived at 11:45PM after a flight delay. Wonderful assistance with check-in and where to park he car. Informative and helpful for two jet drained travelers. Thank you so very much!

Angenehmer Aufenthalt und guter retreat. Der resort hat einen guten Eindruck hinterlassen. Die Umgebung fanden wir nicht besonders einladend, wobei wir die Insel davor nicht gekannt haben.

Schönes Zimmer mit guten Betten und Balkon; feines Frühstück und herzliche Mitarbeiter. Herrliche Lage und schöner Garten.

The staff was amazingly helpful, particularly Christiano, the desk clerk, and Emanuella, the concierge, were the best. If you need to do business while at the hotel, don't even consider it because the WiFi is slower than dial up. I had two important business meetings on two different days and I wanted to pull my hair out. I was disconnected 4 times in less than an hour on the first meeting and 5 times on the second meeting. If you don't need WiFi, then this hotel is better than average but the food is very expensive for what they offer. All buffet type meals, only. On the 7th day there, I found a small refrigerator that was empty but it was hidden in the closet. We had no idea it was there. It would have been helpful to know that in advance. Carry water containers because they don't have any containers in the hotel unless they are hiding those too. They do have a nice pool and a nice small beach. Parking is free and wasn't any issue with an overflow lot next door.

Les chambres manquent cruellement de prises électriques. Table de la terrasse en plastique de mauvaise qualité (la nôtre s’est démontée en la déplaçant). Écoulement de la douche se bouche après 2 douches de file créant une piscine dans la salle de bain. Par contre, le service de chambre est efficace et le personnel super gentil (femme de chambre Alicia). Notre chambre disposait d’une énorme terrasse, deux chaises longue aurait été apprécié. La chambre n’est pas équipé de bouilloire pour café ce qui n’est pas digne du prix pour ce standing. La restauration est un buffet pour midi et soir, manque un vrai restaurant. Plage de sable mais avec beaucoup d’algues le matin, un nettoyage de la plage le matin s’imposerait. Bref, séjour ok mais pas à la hauteur de nos attentes.

This is not really a 4 star resort, really bad food, place outdated, dinning room and buffet area so old and with any type of nice decor, really basic

Der Empfang war sehr nett. Die Reinigung der Zimmer war top. Dafür war das Personal in der Gastronomie zum Teil unfreundlich und abweisend. Wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und wird nicht regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Animation war nett aber nicht vielsprachig. Englisch war nicht bei jedem Gespräch möglich. Würden nicht noch einmal in dieses Hotel kommen.

Fantastic hotel, amazingly attentive staff….very helpful and quick to assist, beautiful resort - family of 4 had the best time!

Gutes Frühstück lieblos eingerichtete Zimmer aber sauber. Der Balkon war groß aber dort hat vielleicht eine Pflanze gefehlt und eine Grundreinigung. Dort geht man nicht mal zum rauchen raus

Had a lovely stay in this beautiful spot in Sardinia. The room was a good size, best was comfy. Enjoyed the balcony.

Staff friendly and helpful. Pool good. Breakfast buffet good and varied but cooked food not always hot. Evening buffet disappointing in terms of range and quality.

El hotel es muy bonito, ambiente de playa, la piscina linda, el desayuno delicioso, nos tocó una habitación con vista al mar muy linda. El personal de la recepción muy amable. Definitivamente buena relación calidad precio, volvería a hospedarme allí

I loved the beautiful scenery and the people i met

The stay at the property was ok. We did the all inclusive package but were not impressed with what we received. The drinks were terrible, they do not offer any type of transportation and the food was basically the same thing everyday.
