Stayed before and love this hotel
Comfortable room. Great staff. Good breakfast choices. Great location, short walk into town.
Superior room - complete lack of closet space. Only drawers were 18 inches off the ground. Very odd. Kept my clothes in my case. Suggestion - move the safe onto the table and there’d be 3 shelves.
Total lack of TV stations for visitors. None. Suggestion - dispense with the piano player at breakfast. Add 3 or 4 international TV stations.
There are two sizes of basic rooms for the same price. Which one you’re assigned seems to be pot luck. Categorise these two types of room at different prices if necessary.

Walking to and from the hotel is a challenge given the steep hill to town center.
Mooie kamer, goede schoonmaak, fijne bedden en douche. Goed ontbijt en faciliteiten rond zwembad. Gunstig gelegen.

Having to buy a head cap to use the indoor pool. Very odd.
O alojamento está bem localizado, próximo da zona centro.
A estadia ocorreu durante um evento desportivo que se realiza todos os anos em Tavira, "Algarve Bike Challenge", evento esse de bicicletas. Solicitei se poderia guardar a bicicleta na varanda do quarto, o qual me foi negado. Deram como opção colocar as bicicletas no parquemanento, indicando que o mesmo tinha câmeras de vigilância. Não aceitei a opção, tendo em conta o valor do material, e a facilidade com que as mesmas poderiam ser levadas. Ainda questionei se o Hotel se responsabilizava, o qual não obtive resposta, para um Hotel que tem como decoração bicicletas, julgo ser pouco "Bike Friendly". As mesmas tiveram de ficar dentro de um veículo na rua em frente ao Hotel, sendo este o único aspeto negativo a registar.
Komfortables Zimmer mit recht geräumigem Bad; reichhaltiges und vielfältiges Frühstück, mit etwas Glück im sonnigen Wintergarten; Gratis-Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Nur kurzer Fußweg ins Zentrum.
Arbeiten am Außenpool ließen zeitweise keine Nutzung zu; der "Innenpool" ist ein Witz; im Zimmer war die Ablagefläche für unsere zwei (nicht überdimensionierten) Koffer etwas knapp; angesichts der Größe des Hotels war die Rezeption manchmal
unterbesetzt; beim Frühstück wären mehr funktionierende Kaffeemaschinen wünschenswert gewesen.
El desayuno estaba muy bien y la habitación también.
La puerta de entrada a la habitación es muy estrecha y el cierre automático muy duro y pesado. Muy incómodo para entrar.
Fuimos con bicicletas y tener que dejarlas en un parking no me pareció para nada seguro ya que cualquiera que entre con el coche ahí puede robarla. Hubiera estado bien la posibilidad de ponerlas en la terraza de la habitación.
