The hotel was acceptable mainly because of its location.

I didn’t like that the bathroom was separated only by a panel and a glass door. There was no privacy at all, especially because there was a gap between the panel and the door.
We had two rooms, and in one of the rooms we couldn’t turn on the air conditioner because it was blowing a bad smell.

Wrong Room, Small Beds

Forced to stay in a room with two small double beds instead of the queen I booked.

Value Contemporary Hotel in Hollywood
Pros:

This is a very good hotel for the money. A real value on Sunset Blvd.in Hollywood California. Easy walking distance from the Hollywood Walk of Fame Grumman’s Chinese Theater but far enough not to be mixed in with the throng of tourist to that area. Sunset Strip is right down the road .

Pros:

I stay here ALL the time - love it. Location is perfect for my business and rooms are clean and tidy. From office staff is helpful and informative - especially the woman I usually deal with - she's the best

Posizione molto buona su Sunset Blv. Vicina a molte delle attrazioni della città. Il parcheggio è a pagamento di fronte alla struttura. Non è presente la colazione. La stanza è ampia, doccia grande.

Only issue was barking dog woke me up. STOP BRINGING YOUR DOGS EVERYWHERE!!!

We always stay here
Cons:

We had first reservation for December 31 one night
We had a second reservation for January 1 and January 2 two nights we checked out on the third
They accommodated us and told us to take room 200
200 a good room, private quiet
Well, we heard the water pipes every morning every time somebody was gonna take a shower very loud
Also, someone cleaned our room after the second night
We never asked for cleaning
There’s papers that say they will not come in and clean unless you ask for it yet they came in!
And and last, we stayed three nights
We needed parking for one car for three nights
They charged us $35+taxfor the first night OK

But the second and third night reservation showed $140+tax for parking
I went back and told them there was a mistake. It should’ve only been $70+tax for 2 night
Employee corrected it on my receipt. I just hope that I’m not overcharged on the credit card when it comes.

A nice facility but location wasn't right for me
Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional. Location did not work for me. There were not enough places nearby for eating. The noise level from the street was very loud at times.
