Overpriced, not anywhere near a Spa Hotel and in a nasty part of Naples
Pros:

Staff were friendly.

Cons:

This is not anywhere near a “Spa” Hotel, it’s an overpriced boarding house with no Restaurant and a very poor Bar. The area of Naples this place is located in is also a very rundown and unattractive area.

Pros:

Great location, next to the station. Friendly welcome greeting, even at the early hours of the morning. All staff were friendly & happy to help from house maintenance to bar staff. Lovely atmosphere. Rooms absolutely spotless, great value for money. We went down for breakfast one morning. A great selection of foods and pastieries. Croissants were amazing.

Pros:

Blisko dworca i stacji metra. Personel miły aczkolwiek początkowo dość podejrzliwy wobec nas. Z czasem coraz milszy. Budynek zabytkowy co mimo pewnych zacofanych standardów ma swój urok. Standardy z lat pięćdziesiątych albo wcześniej ale dla mnie historyka było to sympatyczne.

Cons:

Cisza nocna fatycznie w tym hotelu nie istniała. Do 1 w nocy a czasem i po, głośno zachowywała się wycieczka szkolna nastolatków a portier stwierdził że nic na to nie może poradzić. Do tego młodzież co jakiś czas dzwoniła dzwonkiem do naszego pokoju, również wcześnie rano. Byliśmy z synem wiecznie niewyspani a na audiencję papieską pojechaliśmy po 2 godzinach snu. Portier zgłosił naszą skargę nauczycielce która rozmawiała z uczniami, znam łacinę więc wiele zrozumiałem z ich rozmowy ale to pomogło tylko na chwilę.

Perfect for our needs
Pros:

We chose this hotel largely based on TA reviews and because we wanted to stay near the central train station for several reasons.
Easy safe walk from the station. Lots of people around, so fear of Neapolitan pickpockets, etc., is overblown.
The outside of the hotel is well-lit, nice automatic door. Clean and attractive smallish reception area. Very helpful reception staff with good English.
Food and drink available in rooms off reception.
Breakfast downstairs in cheerful space. Large selection of breakfast items.
Rooms are large enough to feel comfortable. Nice bathroom. Clean white towels and sheets.
Totally recommend.

Pros:

Friendly, helpful staff. Nice restaurant with very good food and attentive staff. Charming and quaint Italian hotel in downtown Naples.

Cons:

We liked everything. You may consider providing more soap for bathing, and a blanket (if needed by the guest) for the bed in cooler months of the year.

It served for passing the night, but I wouldn't have liked to spend my vacation here.
Pros:

The room was big and comfortable. The breakfast croissants were good. The room seemed clean. The beds were comfortable. The location was really close to the Napoli Centrale train station

Cons:

The receptionist wasn't pleasant to talk to. The toilet had no door. The room had 4 beds even though I was traveling alone. The neighborhood was really dirty. The breakfast food was bland (except the croissants). You can serve some food yourself but you have to ask someone for the croissants? There were two water bottles, one labelled "Still" and the other "Sparkling" -- they were both sparkling water. The breakfast (+~30 euro per night) is NOT worth it.
