Pros:

The room seemed overall clean and had a bath and shower. While the location in itself isn't that nice (just across from the hospital) it's close enough to walk into the city from there without problems.

Cons:

There was a lot of noise from other rooms, the hallways and the cleaning staff in the mornings which was very audible in the room. The beds were not very comfortable and had a duvet without a duvet cover wedged between two top sheets, which didn't feel very hygienic.
