This is an excellent hotel in Buenos Aires "Microcentro". Good hotel and close by walking distance to Buenos Aires main attractions. Good place to stay also for business purposes.

everything was ok.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Regal Pacific. Check-in was easy and Reception Staff friendly. Room was large, clean and had a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was exceptional. Great choice and everything fresh and hot. Great little pool and very central to the city sights and transport system.

Very nice hotel and reasonably priced. Staff is quite friendly and responsive. Will stay there again.

Deserves no more than 2 stars. Rooms old and worn. Food not good and price for drinks very high. Price for laundry service 8 pieces 120 dollllars. Basically the hotel is a rip off. We were left with a very unhappy experience and will never use this hotel again.

Bellmen probably treated people base on the race.

requiring pickup/drop off at corner. Unsafe at night.
One bellman on duty when 70 people checking out.
No instruction on how to use jetted tub.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location, but currently there is construction. (As of February 25th). I heard hammers and drills until midnight!
I had to wake up at 4am and got very little sleep

Did NOT offer complimentary drinks, heater blew out breaker so we had to switch rooms, TV did not support Prime video effectively (but a replacement was provided), housekeeping did not respond to “make the room”.

What makes this hotel special is the staff, from the reception to the hotel manager, from the bellboys to the kitchen staff.

Service is good. Room is very clean and comfortable. Excellent location, easy to go to tourist centre.

Good choice for a business trip

Friendly staff and the hotel is in a good spot in the centre. The hotel is becoming dated and could do with some tlc. I only had a bowl of soup albeit at £11 just as well. Like all hotels worldwide they offer food and drinks well beyond the value. If hotels realised they would get a lot more custom if they charged a reasonable price. Why pay over the odds at the hotel when there are a multitude of cheaper options on the doorstep.

Excelente limpio súper ubicado

This hotel is a good one, reasonably priced with good facilities but is somewhat tired. It has a good but expensive restaurant and, it must be said, has a limited breakfast which, for Europeans and Americans would also seem expensive for the choice offered.

It is well situated in a nice tourist area, has swimming pools and a gym. The service is friendly and staff are very accommodating and helpful. It has a restaurant and separate bar with an extensive lobby and seating area.We were made to feel at home and enjoyed our stay.

However, as earlier stated the rooms are in need of decoration and are quite dark with little direct sunshine. The is a minibar but no tea or coffee making facilities. There is no iron in the room although laundry facilities are offered at a charge. I found the beds to be too soft and sheets in a state of wear. Vacuuming in the room did not appear to have been carried out. I don’t think it would be awarded five stars in the UK but that is my opinion and to compare at that level may be a little misleading.

That did not detract from the lovely time we had in the city and I commend the staff for making every effort to speak good English and accommodate everyone.

Very few people at the hotel speak English, menus are in Spanish only
