Wonderful service

It is a very nice hotel. Beautiful inside and out. Great location - right on the main square and about 20 meters from the Gondola to lift up for skiing, all the shopping was right there. All the amazing restaurants we’ve been to were maximum 5 minutes away walking.
I give the hotel i5 stars, we had a wonderful time. The staff, I see a lot of people note that, and I agree- makes a big difference. They all seem very genuine, caring and very friendly. From the reception to the valet guys, to waiters and cleaning staff- they all behave like it is their mission to make your stay a pleasant one. It is like the hotel is owned by every one of the people who work there.
The lobby and the rooms are charming and nicely appointed. The ski room is very convenient, lockers are big enough for two pairs of skis and poles and helmets.
The breakfast was nice, a little more variety of food would’ve been good, but as is you can’t complain.
The rooms are comfy, not too big of course, but sufficient for the price.
The restaurant was good too, simple local cuisine but of high quality.
The valet car parking is very good, guys are very helpful and stay ready.
All you can ask for is for staff to give their best and honestly try to do the best they can and they do.
I have stayed in many skiing vacation chalet hotels in the last few years, most were nice, but I couldn’t really force myself to write about them, as they didn’t inspire. This one did. Hotel Mont Blanc Megeve is an advertisement of the French alps, French hospitality and class.
If I had to be picky, I would say that the spa could’ve been better, but I guess- they simply don’t have space to make pool bigger, put a steam room some place… but even that little spa- was good- clean and relaxing after a day of skiing.
I feel like the owners are very good people, who care and who know how this business works, they do a very good job.

We stayed at this hotel as a family of 6. All of us thought that this is probably the most welcoming hotel we have recently stayed at.
The service that this hotel provides was up to 5+ stars.
Laurine (maybe I spelled it incorrectly) was the first one to meet us when we arrived and her kindness, dedication, professionalism and genuine desire to be of help set the right mood about this hotel.
Butlers, door bell guys, all of them were so helpful, smiled, always asked if they can help. I haven’t seen such eagerness to help from the hotel staff for a while.
Breakfast is another story, all the people that work at breakfast were so efficient, so quick, never missed any requests we had and as everyone else at the hotel, they too were all so attentive and kind.
Cleaning service is also amazing. The room was well cleaned, water replenished, apples left for us to enjoy.
I cant even say that I liked the location or the restaurant or spa, coz that being also so good and right, can’t exceed how amazing the hotel staff was.
We already thought about rebooking this place for the next ski season.

Amazing area around (restaurants, shops, transport.. and télécabines just few minutes walk).
Breakfast at hotel should be richer and service during breakfast was not that good.

Has a lovely stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Well located right in the center of town in a pedestrian zone. We were there with a toddler and the hotel was very accommodating for our needs. Would come back.

What a great hotel, location is perfect, rooms are great, breakfast top, facilities very nice but what really makes this place is the staff, the make you feel very welcome and nothing is too much for them. You will definitely see us coming back. Thank you for an unforgettable weekend.

Otel cok guzel. Konumu harika. Bence tek sorun kahvalti biraz daha cesitlendirilebilir. Ayni sekilde aksam icin cocuk menusu. Ufak bir spor salonuda olsa sahane olurmus. Calisanlar cok guler yuzlu ve yardimci.

The Momt Blanc hotel is wonderful, My wife and I have just returned after a long weekend break and fell in love with both the Mont Blanc hotel, and Megeve as a ski report.

The hotel is wonderful, oozing character and comfort - with very attentive staff and a relaxed atmosphere. Cosy lounges set the tone for a relaxing stay, and the staff can’t do enough to help with restaurant reservations, resort advice.

The location is perfect - 50 metres from the main gondola, and right in the heart of a very authentic village which is full of charm. It is a special place.

Rooms are cosy and beds very comfortable, The breakfast options were plentiful and food delicious.

The spa is lovely and although we didn’t book treatments, the whole environment is very special.

The pool / spa / sauna area is nice, perhaps in need of a revamp / investment but still was great to lounge around in after a busy day skiing.

The staff are so helpful, and you get a sense of the quality of management and focus on the customer from the minute you arrive. A manager we met - Benjamin- was particularly courteous - a true hospitality professional and gave great advice and service to help make our stay special.

We had such a good time, we booked our return trip before we left and we can’t wait to get back!!

The hotel is warm, welcoming & cosy. Staff is courteous & helpful with recommendations & reservations at local restaurants. 2 comfortable lounges -
the lobby one is crowded from 4pm on, so we preferred the rear one w/ alpine decor.
Spa massages & body treatments are excellent in special "igloos" . The larger rooms are still cramped quarters with 1-2 too many chairs. Dog friendly hotel! Le Relais attached restaurant is good, but expensive.

Charming hotel with attentive bi-lingual service, warm & friendly personnel. Massages & facial treatments in the warm, cosy Spa were excellent. Room was a bit cramped with too much furniture for the space, but there was a big, sunny deck to enjoy. Problem with reception of english TV channels initially which was resolved 1/2 way thru our stay. Dog friendly too!

As a family, we have stayed at the Mont Blanc MEGEVE. Our entire experience was wonderful, beginning with the moment we arrived by car at the pedestrian area and continuing all the way through the time that we checked in. The staff was extremely friendly, warm, and smiling, and they made all of us feel very welcome. We were greeted with a warm welcome by Alexandra and the lady who was accompanying her. It was a very special experience to stay in the junior suite of the hotel, which overlooked the village. Comfortable beds, a warm and inviting wooden interior, and a variety of amenities... Not only is the breakfast delicious, but the lady who was attending to us was also very kind. It was just as pleasant to check out with Alexandra as it was to be welcomed by her. There is no doubt in my mind that we will be returning to this hotel.

we love the hotel - its location and style and staff are all wonderful ; the upgrades to the lunger / bar are very good and the restaurant too now looks much more inviting - we shall try it next time
it would be great if it were possible to get more snacks and light lunches / evening food - maybe you could make the lounger area beyond the breakfast room used for that? having a nice fire burning in there would make it very inviting
my only issue with the rooms is that when the heating comes on it makes the rooms very hot - so unless i remembered to turn the radiators down i would have a not so good sleep
