Le uniche cose degne di note sono state la cucina (chef) e il personale di sala.
Il cibo e la qualità dei prodotti, ottimi. Il personale di sala gentilissimo!

Cons:

La SPA era in condizioni pessime.
La piscina interna, piccola con acqua fredda, senza idromassaggio e con tubazioni sul soffitto gocciolanti e piene di ruggine. Impraticabile la piscina interna. Quella esterna, per evidenti condizioni meterologiche non era agibile.
La sauna aveva le doghe del pavimento rotte.
Il bagno turco aveva due tubi a circa 10cm di altezza dal pavimento che gocciolavano acqua incandescente, ed essendo ad altezza piedi, l'acqua che ne fuori usciva mi ha quasi procurato un'ustione al piede.
La camera, molto bella e molto spaziosa, ma con un termosifone senza valvola di controllo temperatura. Abbiamo chiamato la reception che è subito intervenuta ed ha acceso il termosifone, che però non avendo la valvola non poteva essere regolato. Pertanto la camera o era freddissima o caldissima.
Il bagno presentava segni evidenti di cattiva manutenzione:
1) Il rubinetto del lavabo si muoveva
2) Il piatto doccia era sporco di silicone non rimosso
3) La porta aveva una carta adesiva a copertura di probabili danneggiamenti, che fuori usciva dal bordo e che con qualche accortezza in più poteva essere rifilata per non essere visibile.
4) Lo zoccoletto della camera da letto presentava delle interruzioni
Insomma... il rapporto qualità prezzo non è affatto buono, anzi direi estremamente deludente per essere un hotel 4 stelle luxury (come specificato nel sito ufficiale della struttura)

tutto veramente bello un sogno, personale super cordiale, spa molto carina e pulita , camera molto accogliente letto comodissimo , colazione eccezionale veramente per tutti i gusti ed esigenze.

Breve soggiorno a Cortona per la Pasqua
Pros:

Una struttura di livello, ad un paio di chilometri dal parcheggio più vicino. Davvero notevole il servizio e la SPA. Consigliatissima.

Bellissima struttura in zona tranquilla con una piscina riscaldata, ottima anche con il freddo ed un bel centro benessere. Super la colazione preparata dallo chef. Servizio ottimo e cortese

Tutto molto bello, ci vorrebbe un po più cura nella manutenzione
Pros:

La struttura è molto bella e caratteristica. Anche le zone di recente ristrutturazione sono armoniche e di buon gusto.
La cucina

Cons:

Alcuni particolari lasciati al caso e la carenza di manutenzione (non generale). Il fatto che alcune camere siano distaccate dall’edificio principale dove è situata la SPA.
Attenzione poi che Booking vi propone indistintamente le due junior suite, ma quella che si vede in foto dovete chiederla espressamente. L’altra, che invece mi hanno assegnato, si chiama zircone e, seppur bella e comoda è molto meno particolare dal punto di vista estetico ma soprattutto si trova nell’edificio distaccato.
