A reggeli finom volt és bőséges

Cons:

A szálloda elég koszos volt,sokkal jobbat vártunk.A szálloda környezet sem volt olyan mint amit a képeken láttunk. Egy alapos felújítás már ráférne a szállodára.

Very poor , most of the hotel was closed down , restaurants, beach bars , steak house , shops etc etc

Most of the place was closed down to a court in junction which I think was very unfair as I was only told this after booking !!! I feel like I should have got a discount our refund ……

Pros:

Not much, a lot of the property is tapped off or closed.

Cons:

Staff were rude & not very accommodating. We had ants in our room. I booked a double bed but got 2 twin beds - breakfast is awful and a must avoid

Great location.

Needs a massive investment!!
Pros:

As much as it pains me I CAN'T recommend the hotel.

The staff were amazing and without them this place would shut. The hotel is NOT a 5 star and is an average 4 star. There are no facilities. Everything is cordorned ouff and common areas are very very shabby. The basement areas have not been touched in about 10 years and have tape blocking them. The rooms need a massive updgrade as does the hotel hotel. Bfast tables were in the lobby of the hotel..genuinely.
The location is great and if it got a proper invesmtent it could be very very good.

Staff second to none and couldnt fault them but it needs a massive investment.

Very regular installation, didn’t feel like it was worth the money.

Staff was lovely and views were great.

Cons:

The hotel seemed quite old, the tv didn’t have no Netflix, no YouTube. I couldn’t even share it from my phone as tv didn’t have that option. Then to my surprise early in the morning they put the music in the room, I mean who does that? They said “oh it’s like alarm for breakfast you can switch it off”. Not a pleasant experience I must say. However, staff was lovely.

The breakfast was much below our expectations, disappointing in fact .the room and facilities were not bad, though.

Cons:

Breakfast, too little to choose from, a few cruisers and breads, and only one orange juice; no coffee machine seen in the cafeteria; they prepared manually and served. The staff at the reception were not jolly or smiling, did not bother who came and left, let alone greet “hi” but one at the swimming pole was very nice!
