A reggeli finom volt és bőséges.a személyzet kedves volt és segítőkész.Saját parkoló a hotellal szemben.

Le style des chambres, la salle de bain impeccable, la luminosité et les fenêtres dans chaque pièce

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner peut être pas assez axé sur les produits locaux, les fruits peut mieux faire les oeufs brouillés aussi. Pas de beurre demi sel 😂
Dommage aussi que l’accès a la piscine ne soit pas inclus dans le tarif ou au moins le proposer au moment de la réservation au même titre que les petits déjeuners

Considerando quanto sia rinomato, sono rimasta molto delusa sia dalla stanza che da come lo staff ha gestito il problema
Pros:

La sala ricevimento è molto bella e suggestiva. Molto piacevole anche la SPA.

Cons:

La camera non era ben pulita, le pareti danneggiate e il soffitto presentava segni di umidità. Il bagno poco comodo e la doccia scivolosa.

La colazione era discreta.

Ho prenotato la SPA ad un costo deciso per via telefonica con la struttura. Al check-in mi è stato erroneamente addebitato il costo due volte. Quando ho constatato il problema e l’ho fatto presente, mi hanno rimborsato solo una parte e non la metà di quello addebitato, sostenendo che il prezzo che avevo pagato inizialmente fosse errato (più basso di quello attuale). Scontenta, non tanto per il costo, ma per la maggiorazione a mio avviso impropria, visto che io la prenotazione l’ho confermata ad un determinato prezzo, quindi se l’errore è stato il loro non è corretto sia io a doverci rimettere; specialmente visto che ho perso tempo per potergli permettere di correggere un loro errore. Mi è sembrata una mancanza di trasparenza e di professionalità.

A comfortable hotel for a stay in Cagliari
Pros:

A beautiful and spacious hotel with a lovely wellness area and an indoor pool. The food was good. Although the hotel was full, the staff was excellent and everything ran smoothly. I would definitely recommend it for a stay. Free parking!

Fint hotell som rekommenderas.
Pros:

Hotellet var fräsch och fint, frukosten var jätte bra och personalen jätte trevliga. Väldigt enkelt och bekväm med perkeringen.

Cons:

Man behövde betala extra för att ha tillgång till SPAt. Det borde ingå i övernatningen.
