Overpriced for what you get, very disappointed.
Pros:

Locations was great

Cons:

Room was very dark, smelly and cold. The room had a kitchenette with cooking facilities but there was nothing to eat the food you prepared out of. No plates, no bowls.

Very fine service
Pros:

It was truly a very enjoyable experience. The location and overall service were excellent. It will be at the top of the list of hotels I would consider staying at on my next visit to London. Cleanliness, staff, and overall service were all very good.

Cons:

The only downside is that there is no room service, but I believe it is not included in the hotel’s services anyway :)

Pros:

Room not ready at 4pm. Reception unmanned a few times when looked to speak to someone.

We were in LW04, view from the window is a dirty wall.

Would stay in this area again. Not sure if I would suggest this hotel because of the reasons stated above.

Location and comfortable bed

Cons:

We did not get the room we expected.we booked a one bedroom with a separate living room that should have had a sofa. There wasn’t a sofa. There was a table with two chairs.they showed us other rooms the 2nd day. But they weren’t 1 bedrooms, they were studios. Also, the road noise was quite load through the night and early morning hours.

Perfect place to stay in Central London
Pros:

Ideal location. Close to tube , plenty of buses . Close to museums and park .The Albert Hall is just up the road .Lovely friendly staff . Bright , clean and well decorated interiors .
