Disappointing lack of compassion
Pros:

We booked a 5 night stay for 2 couples at this location and did the pre-pay option which did not allow cancellation. My wife had an emergency surgery situation with a recovery time which would not allow her to travel. We merely asked for the opportunity to rebook at a later date and several requests and explanations were met with refusal. No consideration for emergency circumstances was given and we were basically refused any consideration. Several thousand USD have been forfeited without any possible remedy. Every person with whom I interacted gave me the excuse that it was their "policy" and they were unwilling to deviate...regardless of circumstances. This despite my membership in the Fraser World Loyalty Program. This is a cautionary tale. Avoid Fraser Suites. There are better options with more hospitable management.

Dès notre arrivée, personnel aimable et accueillant. Petit dejeuner exquis et varié. Chambre impeccable. Propreté générale de l'établissement parfaite. Attention particulière donnée à ma fille par le personnel de l'hôtel pour son anniversaire. Situation géopgraphique idéale près des musées et des commerces. Je recommande cet hôtel pour des voyages en famille (mon cas) ou entre amoureux.

Disappointed
Pros:

We have stayed here a number of times and hence our return. Its location is perfect and love the ability to do your own thing!

Cons:

We told Reception about the faulty air conditioning unit on the first evening, nothing happened, it wasn’t fixed and despite the fact that the weather was less warm, we were cold in an evening and the place was completely air less… ridiculous given the fact we were in a basement apartment which had no windows that were outside the building… worse stay we have ever had.

On check out we mentioned the above issue again and the guy on Reception responded was with complete disinterest… 😠

Great location when touring London
Pros:

Excellent location for walking to Kensington gardens. Closest tube ( Gloucester Rd) a couple of minutes away. Staff very helpful. Would stay there again

havaalanından otele ulaşmak çok kolay , otelin bulunduğu mahalle gayet güvenli ve temiz , otele en yakın metro durağı ( gloucester road ) pek çok önemli noktaya aktarmasız ulaşım sağlıyordu

This hotel was in a great location! One of the front desk staff, Nira, helped us get an upgrade to our room! All the staff were very pleasant and helpful! But Nira was a big help (especially when one of our day trips fell through).

Ανταποκρίνεται στις εικόνες η πραγματικότητα. Τα δωμάτια ήταν άνετα και το κρεβάτι τέλειο μετά από εξοντωτικό περπάτημα. Η τοποθεσία ήταν τέλεια αφού όλα ήταν δίπλα μας. Το προσωπικό στην υποδοχή ήταν ευγενικό

Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ κατώτερο για ένα τέτοιο κατάλυμα πόσο μάλλον της τιμής του καταλύματος. Επίσης τα 2 άτομα που δούλευαν στο πρωινό έμοιαζαν λες και τους τρως το φαγητό.
