It was really clean and nicely decorated. The staff were all wonderful - especially Chinmaya at the reception was super lovely and helpful at all times.
It's a bit old-fashioned and cold inside. Everything is a bit creaky.

Fraser Suites Queensgate is located in Kensington just near the Knightsbridge High St and Harrods. It’s not far from Kengsington Palace, Royal Albert Hall, and it’s surrounded by a number of restaurants and takeaways. The Gloucester St Tube station is 5 mins walk and the Piccadilly line gets you to most key London attractions quickly and efficiently. The building itself is older as are most in this area of London which is a chic upmarket area. This means it has some issues that come with older buildings, which is par for the course. We had a one bedroom apartment which was really fantastic. It was quiet and well presented. The one downside is that because the building is older and has floorboards, which are lovely, you can hear people walking around above, that’s fine unless it’s 4am in the morning, when it’s just plain annoying. The staff were attentive and respectful. They were also very helpful with an initial room issue we had and sorted it out very quickly. I would definitely recommend Fraser’s Queensgate and would stay again.
We have stayed before and will stay again. It is always spotless, well maintained, good value for money and very central. Whenever we go to London we always stay here. I really can’t fault it at all.
