Great stay
Pros:

Good space and well equipped for the price. Great for local attractions and short stays for shows at Royal Albert Hall. Really comfy bed and staff were attentive to my needs.

Amazing
Pros:

Its location was fantastic, tube station a few minutes away, natural history museum and royal Albert hall all within walking distance, it’s just felt like a mini home away from home, the mini kitchen was a huge bonus, it was very clean and comfortable

Great short stay self catering experience.
Pros:

The room had an open mezzanine setup where the bedroom was above the living/kitchen/bathroom area. This suited me fine, although the stairs were quite narrow to the bed area, so not good for bigger suitcases perhaps. The ceiling height was very high making the living area and bed area very different in temperature, something to be aware of.
The bathroom soaps were all L'Occitane which was a nice surprise. Smelt lovely!

Cons:

The sofa bed wasn't the most comfortable to sit on, but that's usually the case with them I've found. Otherwise nothing else to say!

Best Hotel In The Area
Pros:

Upon entering the hotel, I was welcomed by one of the friendliest front desk teams I’ve ever encountered. Every staff member was accommodating and genuinely eager to assist in any way possible. The hotel is conveniently located just a stone’s throw from Gloucester Road Station, which is on the same line to Heathrow Airport.

Although my room wasn’t ready upon arrival, the staff happily stored my luggage, completed my pre-check-in, and organized all payments electronically, no paperwork or signatures required. When I returned around 2:00 pm, my room was ready.

I was greeted by a charming one-bedroom suite with a classic feel, fully equipped with all the amenities you’d expect from an apartment. The suite was spotlessly clean and featured L’Occitane bathroom amenities. The size was impressive, one of the largest accommodations I stayed in during my two-week UK holiday.

The suite also included an in-room washer, and I believe there are additional laundry facilities available for guests in the basement. Overall, it was a truly memorable stay, with every staff member I encountered either offering help or striking up a friendly conversation. The hotel is also ideally located near museums and Harrods.

I’m very much looking forward to staying here again. Great job, Fraser Suites!
