Great location just off South Kensington and Gloucester Road tube station. Quiet room and good air conditioning- we stayed just around the time of the UK ‘heatwave’ in May. Modern shower/ bathroom facilities.
Ideally located in the central district of Kensignton. A short walk from Glouchester Road and South Kensington tube stations making it easily accessible from Heathrow.
A 3-5 min walk from the Natural History museum and Imperial college, 10 min walk from Royal Albert Hall and Hyde Park, 25 min walk from Harrod's make it ideal for a tourist.
The rooms are spacious, well equipped, service is efficient and warm.
We were ably assisted by the team, especially Ms. Chinmaya.
A great location if your base is West London. Huge rooms perfect for a long term stay. Staff was also very helpful.
I stayed at a lower ground room and couldnt really open the windows since the people on the street could see you
What a fantastic place to stay. It was a great location for our first time in London. Having a stove, microwave, fridge and washer (clothes horse also provided) in the room with all utensils/crockery/cookware provided what else could you ask for. We did have the breakfast each morning of our stay which had everything you need to fill up before heading out to explore each day.
We had the Executive room, which had a bedroom (which my son claimed as his for the trip) with a queen sized high bed in it along with a large wardrobe and tv, great sized bathroom, living room and kitchen in the one space. I slept on the sofa bed in the living room, I found it to be comfortable and warm. All staff we interacted with were loving and helpful. We when eventually go back to London we would easily stay here again.

Excellent location, clean and very safe area. It was mostly okay but needed improvements.
We booked executive apartment for 2 adult+2 children. The room they gave us did not match with photos. The room windows faced the back wall of the building and had less furniture than photos. They told that they could change our room in a few days but noone contacted us. We could clearly hear the footsteps from upstairs room.
