Das Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cedar Falls hat uns auf jeden Fall bisher am besten gefallen, vor allem im Vergleich mit einem sehr enttäuschenden und schmuddeligen Suburban Studios Cedar Falls im März diesen Jahres. Das Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cedar Falls Hotel war super sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und das Frühstück reichhaltig und lecker.

Won't be coming back.
Pros:

The breakfast was pretty good.

Cons:

The pull out couch had old blood looking stains on the mattress protector. The ceiling has obvious water damage and that made the room feel lower quality. The worst was they didn't change the sheets in between guests. Under our covers we found an old dried up contact lens, hair, and debris. We told the front desk and she said she would have a manager reach out and no one ever reached out.

We were in town to attend a funeral and were looking for a place to stay. This did the trick.
Pros:

We liked the bed and pillows. Breakfast was good and convenient. Location worked for us.

Cons:

We had a problem with the television not working and the service was zero in helping to get the problem resolved.

Staff was great, location was good.

Cons:

Breakfast was sub-par. Nothing was stocked. No eggs, sausage, pancakes, apple juice tasted very weak like water. There was still and hour and a half left of serving time and we had to wait 35 min for more food to be cooked.

Pros:

Nice, clean, quiet hotel. Friendly staff. Easy free parking. Conveniently located off a main road. Breakfast available in the morning. Okay choices. Close to the University of Northern Iowa. My go to choice when staying in Cedar Falls.
