bellissima location e personale disponibile

Cons:

la spa è come non ci fosse. se una persona voleva fare solamente una sauna o un bagno turco non poteva. o faceva un percorso di 2 ore o niente.

Bene ma non benissimo
Pros:

La struttura è sicuramente di impatto a prima vista. La SPA è funzionale e le colazioni sono ottime.

Cons:

Ci sono due aspetti che non mi sono piaciuti, il primo è la fruizione degli spazi comuni con l'animale domestico al seguito.
Nel senso, gli animali domestici sono accettati con la condizione che non siano portati negli spazi comuni.
In altre strutture abbiamo usufruito della possibilità di accedere a spazi dedicati a chi aveva animali al seguito, spazi separati da chi non ha piacere di condividere gli stessi spazi con cani o gatti.
Questo è un aspetto da migliorare.
Altra questione comune a molte strutture è la sanificazione con sovraccosto, ora non mi disturba il sovraccosto, ma mi aspetto che la stanza che andrò ad occupare sia sanificata a fondo a prescindere che prima di me ci sia stato un ospite animale o meno. Perché diversamente mi viene da pensare che la pulizia della stanza abbia due canoni differenti.

professionalità e gentilezza: lo staff è sempre disponibile, attento e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta con un sorriso.
La camera era spaziosa, perfettamente pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. Anche le aree comuni sono mantenute con grande cura, creando un’atmosfera raffinata e rilassante.
La colazione merita una menzione speciale: ricca, varia e con prodotti di ottima qualità.

SPA di relax, ottimo cibo e venue impeccabile!
Pros:

Tutto bellissimo, romantico, rilassante e pulito. Davvero un ambiente curatissimo nei dettagli. Ci torneremo sicuramente!
Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte ma le esperienze vissute sono state varie: dalla colazione molto buona con varie opzioni di dolce e salato; abbiamo poi fatto il percorso in SPA molto curata, piacevole e super rilassante ed intima (eravamo solo 3 coppie e gli ambienti suddivisi permettevano di stare ciascuno in uno spazio) e provato il ristorante (di ottima qualità e prodotti locali serviti in maniera stupefacente!)
Ultima chicca il massaggio di coppia (WOW)

Cons:

nulla, era stato tutto perfetto, senza difficoltà e disagi.
unica pecca se proprio devo farlo presente è l'insonorizzazione della camera perche durante la notte si sentivano rumori... se si riuscisse a migliorare.. ma è davvero l'unica annotazione.

Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo l’accoglienza del personale. In particolare Elena, alle colazioni, è stata super carina e ci ha dato tanti consigli utili per il nostro soggiorno. Anche il personale del ristorante, della spa e della reception è stato davvero accogliente e disponibile. Sono venuti incontro a ogni nostra esigenza e ci hanno persino permesso di prolungare la permanenza fino al pomeriggio del giorno della partenza.
Un soggiorno davvero piacevole!

Beautiful house and location
Pros:

If you want to be close to Perugia (but not in it) and with easy access to roads to explore Umbria, this makes a great location.

A centrally located hotel to visit the surroundings
Pros:

We chose this place to visit many locations in the area. It was perfect for that. There is a restaurant which serves decent food but it felt a bit like Fawlty Towers sometimes, especially the first night: super stressed staff, food not good, pretty expensive. Next time we went it was better. Breakfast however was good and the staff was very friendly.
